Stay away. Needs beware of staff sign. Can’t tell you about the food as the guard dog rude lady ran us out before we could order. The lack of customer service, rudeness and behavior by the mean lady was more mind boggling than the 12.95 grilled cheese. Ma’am you need to find your passion again bc you have very clearly lost the reason and meaning of customer service.

Cute diner. Clean. Professional/prompt service. Food was above average. My only issue was the atmosphere. Handwritten (hard to read) rules all over the entrance, door, and walls inside. I didn’t have a problem with any of the many rules, and I was spoken to politely, but I just didn’t find this to be an overly friendly place that I could relax.

Lovely diner, kind welcoming service. If you’re looking for a good homestyle meal with friendly people, this is the place to go. Small town diner at it’s best.

Before covid this place was on our list of favorites when we were out that way but unfortunately that has changed. Owner was all alone and obviously is afraid of covid… signs everywhere and she’ll spout off rules about it… food while still good “like you make at home” has gone downhill from what it was and prices are up, apparently they are struggling to keep the door open. I’ll still stop occasionally but won’t go out of my way to do so.

Nice family owned place for regular towns people and travelers passing through. Owners are happy to converse. Breakfast is served as long as they’re open. Simple fare that’s satisfying.

My wife and I went for breakfas there on a blistering cold, early, and windy Friday morning. The thing I loved most about Collin’s is how metaphorically and literally warm it felt inside. Our server (proprietor) was so friendly and overhearing her pleasantly chat with all the regulars was pretty cool. It felt intimate and personal and breakfast was as it should be: not something you take time to Instagram, but something you can’t wait to eat because it was obviously made with care. The walls of Collin’s tell stories, too, and if you ask about them, you just might learn something. Our server offered us ideas about where to sight-see while in town, obviously proud of this area and the sights it has to offer.

VERY rude upon walking in! Spewing “laws” to me about masks. There were only two people in the entire place. The inside was dirty and dark. Went to Berkshire Country Cafe after leaving and no one had masks on and everything was clean and the food was amazing!! The owner of the diner came out after I walked out the door continuing to spew things at me while I had my two small children. Would NOT go back here and I will also tell people the same.

A lot of negative reviews here are about the masks or vaccine requests. The food was simple and good, and while more expensive that pre-C, not terribly costly. There was one person working (she was waiting, clearing, and cooking) and I still felt completely taken care of.
