This is definitely a rare gem in the heart of downtown Everett. Mike is a warm and friendly guy who treats you like a friend. The atmosphere is a throw back to a simpler time that makes you feel welcome. Great food , excellent customer service make this a place you need to call home.

Wherever we go, we always want to eat breakfast at a local diner. Colby Diner didn’t disappoint on quality of food, charm and location. Right in the heart of downtown Everett, we were able to eat bright and early, with good strong brewed coffee and delicious biscuits and gravy. Owner is kind and everyone there is friendly. This is a little place with a handful of tables— cozy and relaxing.

After a morning walk on downtown Everett on December 31st, we decided to stop here for breakfast. The lady was very nice and helpful. It’s a nice little diner with great food and great service. We ordered some pancakes, bacon and hashbrowns. They were all delicious!! And the coffee was one of the best we’ve had. Definitely recommend!

Great pancakes, eggs and corn beef. I love that they server real cream with their coffee and real butter with the pancakes (this is rare these days). The brother and sister team working together is heartwarming. Love it and my husband and I can’t wait to return.

Man, they make a mean Roast Beef French dip. Perfect balance of salt and garlicky meat with au jus on a soft toasted bun, served with fresh hand cut fries. Highly recommend!
