I wish this place was better, I really do. We literally live around the corner and would come more often but the service is always HORRIBLE! Service is extremely slow, even tho they are never busy. Food comes out wrong and or cold every time we’ve been there. We’ve given them a “second chance” multiple times with the hope it will improve but it just never does. Bummer

I along with my 10 year old went to dinner there for the first time. The service was good and the wings were OK. I ordered a chocolate chip pizooki for my son. To our dismay, the pizooki was all ice cream with a very thin layer of cookie. We ate a few bites and requested to take off the bill. The manager “Mel” refused to take off the bill. She came over and was very condescending and rude. She stated she personally watched the cookie come out of the oven and there was plenty of cookie dough. Based on reading other reviews, thus is notmal.behavior for her. I don’t know why she still has a job there but I guess there is a labor shortage in the food industry. BTW, this is the first time i have ever written a negative review but it is certainly deserving to call out this unprofessional manager.

Went there on a Tuesday night, Valentine’s day (my wife and I have been wanting to try this place for a while), and we were not disappointed. It’s hard to find good wings, but we found them. We both had boneless wings and shared a large order of fries. We will be going back.

Brittany B was excellent when I stopped by to have a beer earlier. She was attentive to all of the guests ordering food and drinks and has a fun personality that made for a great atmosphere. Props to Brittany! I’ll definitely be back soon.

Definitely could have been better…. My son and pregnant wife were craving wings so we decided to try this place out for the first time. We arrived on a Saturday night before most of the dinner crowd and initially had great service and the food was really good, we had wings of course.
