Busy coffee shop when we arrived. I think it could be because of car show at the parking lot. Our cashier was not that friendly. It could be because the shop was very crowded. I prefer the Redwood city location. We ordered latte and waffle. They are yummy. Something is misleading. I see that cold latte comes with 16 oz. I said I wanted 16 oz, and the person said it only comes with 12 oz.

Their orange cranberry muffin was soo delicious. Definitely must try. Also their croissant, very flaky and tasty. But, got disappointed with latte. They said they don’t have cups and served in to-go cups which is okay. But, the latte was really light and didn’t have coffee aroma. Previous times I had visited, their latte used to be good – maybe depends on the day. I prefer their redwood city location for latte as they are consistently excellent. Also, getting a seat inside during the weekend is impossible. Most people work there and occupy entire table – when we visited we saw one person per table with their laptops even if it was a four seater. Maybe they could change this seating policy.

Great ambient as I arrived late that just need a quick ice latte fix after the heated afternoon. The cashier, she seemed to ready to call it a day, so the service can definitely improve there. The ice latte to go though, it was on point though. I was amazed by the hint of the taste. The dude made this latte right and was very polite. I was grateful and thank you dude!

Review is of coffee and tea only. The atmosphere is good. Busy and plenty of spots to sit. The matcha was alright. Tried it twice and there is room for improvement. A bit too watery and sharp after taste. Surely culinary grade Matcha. The espresso was better, amd worh another visit if I am in the area, yet not for a special trip. The barista in the back was making things happen with the orders coming at him, I can tell you that.

I liked my coffee & good vibe but I asked for a free sticker which is $2 and free advertising for the coffee shop because other people would see it on my car and they told me no… management said no which was kind of unusual to be honest… feels like a discrimination in a way… it’s not fair that’s why 1 star I think stickers should be free… ohh well they make good coffee though…

Really nice cafe with a full breakfast and lunch menu. I tried the ube latte special (pictured), which was yummy. Lots of seating outside, though inside was pretty full. A little pricey ($7 for a large special latte).
