Always heard amazing things about this place and had to come check it out! Such a great place to sit, slow down and enjoy great food and coffee. We ordered 2 fantastic breakfast panini’s and Latte’s. So good! Definitely recommend. We will need back to check out more menu choices and the Coffee After Dark menu!!!! Nice chatting with the owner his Dad. Definitely check this special spot out.

Authentic Italian cappuccino and nice arrangement of imported Italian cookies. Cappuccino was perfect and decor was pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend having more stock of in-house baked goods and display prices on shelves. Great local business worth supporting in Hackensack!

High quality bevs, exclusive Italian treats, exceptional customer services, and owned/operated by a local family. Coffee Break shows incredible care to each customer. What more could you ask for out of a café??

Everything I’ve gotten there is good. Lots of delicious panini, and I know this sounds crazy, but the mixed greens salad is one of the best things on the menu (and one of the cheapest!). Obviously get a cappuccino, too.

Hard working chef. He spent some time with us just doing cpr. We came here with the family for some Morning snacks. The crepes were super sweet. The kids loved the atmosphere. Bright colors and the art was cool. This is the perfect chill vibe Italian coffee house.

My friends and I found this gem while at the Ice House for a hockey tournament. The chai was delicious, the father and son owners were delightful and the frittata I had for breakfast was yummy. There is plenty of seating and authentic Italian treats. Do yourself a favor and visit this cafe.

This place was outta sight. We were on the road and needed a boost, so went out of the way on my wife’s hunch since we didn’t want burnt *$ or the like.

This little coffee shop is a wonderful little place. Hospitality is 100% these people are definitely from the old country and a very loving and care about their customers had a wonderful experience and I love their coffee definitely coming here again. I got three drinks two Caramel latte is one hot one ice and I got the boccio which I wasn’t too much of a fan of but they are wonderful quality is outstanding. I highly recommend this place to anyone that enjoys good old style home country coffee with a side of Italian hospitality.
