I recently had the iced french vanilla latte at Coffee Beanery in Flint. The size was perfect, providing a much-needed caffeine boost. Using the convenient drive-thru was a breeze, with quick service. While it worked well for a quick energy burst, personally, I still prefer the taste of other coffee brands.

I used to love this place. My favorite is the Cafe Carmel unfortunately the last two times I was at The Coffee Beanery my drink taste like old coffee with extra cream. I couldn’t taste the Carmel, they didn’t even put whip cream on it. I paid over $5 for my specialty coffee I don’t think I’ll make this visit again. I feel I might of well go back to Star Bucks! I am very disappointed with my whip cream less Cafe Carmel!

I ordered a large white mocha with cold foam, and as soon as I took a sip of the coffee I got a mouthful of coffee grinds and hard sugar, and the drink itself tasted horrible, so bad that I literally spit the drink out so I wouldn’t throw up. I talked to the owner of the store and he remade the drink for me and it tasted exactly the same. I walk outside and realize theire is still coffee grinds on the bottoms of the cup in the coffee and it tastes the same. Will never go there again! Don’t waste your money go to bigby!!

I’ve never left a bad review in my entire life lol, but I asked for a medium iced coffee and they gave me a small, and I asked for cream too and they basically gave me black coffee. I then asked for more and she still gave me back coffee with barely any cream at all and at that point I just left but I’m not even going to drink it because I don’t like black coffee so it was just a waste of my money. I am very displeased with my experience here. The barista was nice but I do not understand how she thought that my coffee had cream in it.

I come here just about every morning. I usually come through the drive through, but today I decided to come in. Well, sad to say, I waited for someone to acknowledge me for 5mins. They literally made all of the drive through orders before the male decided to take my order. The female with the short brown hair seemed to have an attitude. It’s cool. Starbucks is right down the street. Oh yeah, I got here 20mins before I have to be at work right down the street. I will be late now. Thank you Coffee Beanery. Sooooo, I asked for my money back so I could just leave and get to work. They told me I could only get a free drink card. Don’t want it. So I ask has my drink even been started, male smiles and says no. After taking care of a few more drive through orders he decides to make the cappuccino. They are out of butter pecan. So salted caramel it is. Why after all of this HE GIVES ME THE MOST WATERED DOWN DRINK EVER! YOU CANT EVEN TASTE ANYTHING! IM SAVING IT UNTIL I GET OFF OF WORK AND IM TAKING IT RIGHT TF BACK! Great place to work study. WIFI is great and the table stations are nice for laptops. Bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful and timely. Coffee is consistently good with the prices being normative.

I really hate to complain, but the last three times I’ve gotten coffee there my coffee has had an excessive amount of coffee grounds in it. And it feels like a waste of money because it’s happened multiple times now 🙁

Well, I would’ve given five but I went to pick up some of their coffee bags to take home and the doors were locked@ 4:45pm on a Monday. No store hours on the door. Someone was inside but made no effort to say why doors were lock front and back. WTH Great coffee if you can get it.
