They have a parking lot adjacent to the place which is great. The inside is a bit cramped, and I could see the line coming out the door if it gets really busy. You order at the counter, and they’ll bring the food out to you. They have indoor and outdoor seating (covered patio).

I love this old building (train station) that is now a lovely coffee/ice cream shop. The large coffee and long John deal is tops! They have indoor seating as well as outdoor, though it’s right by the road.

Really good coffee! I got the pink lady drink and it was awesome. The employees were nice. My only complaint is that it was really cold inside of the shop. The outside seating was great with a cool view of the river!

Tried this place for the first time. We just wanted ice cream and to see what all they had. The ice cream is Hersheys, which is good. I had an iced coffee, which was good. Young guy at the counter taking orders and payment. You could barely hear him speak- seemed like every question we asked was a joke and answers were not clear. I guess they had to go somewhere to get the coffee because I didn’t get it with the ice cream. They mumbled something about going somewhere for it. It finally arrived. Also, when you pay, they flip the register screen towards you so you are pretty much forced to give a tip, 15 percent being the lowest. You really feel like a cheapskate if you say no tip, although I did see a jar for a cash tip, which I prefer. It just felt very uncomfortable our first time going there. If you go there not knowing their menu or what you want, it’s a little confusing.

Visited a couple times. Very nice classic vibe. It is one of Columbia’s historic buildings conveniently located near the river park and trails. You can get a nice view of the river from there. Tried an ice cream and a root beer float, both were really good. Lots of options.

Nice place in an old building that I used to pass by as a child in the early 90s when it was basically nothing in the building. They fixed it up really nice and it has a great and cozy atmosphere. The food is good and I always love my coffee which was also good. I was there at breakfast time, so I didn’t get ice cream, but the selection of treats (ice cream, smoothies, etc) looked good. Glad to see some nice places in Columbia.

Zac is his name and coffee is his game. This place ourselves any of the basic chain coffee shops in lancaster. The barista Zac was so helpful and kind to me AND made the BEST coffee I have ever had in my life. After having a nice conversation with him, I learned he was responsible for creating the seasonal iced coffees for Valentine’s day. What amazing creativity from such a young man. Way to go Coffee & Cream.

Got there at 5:30 pm and the door was locked. The only thing they could offer was iced coffees. They already did the dishes so a frappe was out of the question. I asked for 2 mediums and i got one large one medium. They taste yummy. The location is ideal as well as the decorations, but the staff needs a lot of work.
