Glad I tried this place. Awesome food. Catfish perfectly fried and the shrimp rice was really good. The onion rings were good but kept getting the onion outside shell in my bites. Didn’t like that. Peel the onions please. Had it as take out didn’t get to experience the atmosphere, but next time .

Very clean and cute restaurant! We came on a Saturday for lunch and it was pretty empty – so short wait for food. We ordered the cajun boil & a combo. The cashier was so helpful & allowed us to split the order amongst 2 sauces. If you like spicy, order at least level 3 (hot). Everything was made fresh and tasted delicious!

I ordered from Cod Tail on DoorDash and I gotta say that out of all the available fish fry places this is by far the best!! I ordered a Diet Coke and I’m assuming they didn’t have it so they compensated me with two sprites!! They give you a ton of food and I wasn’t even expecting the bread and the cole slaw. The fish is very flavorful and crispy and the shrimp very juicy. Overall the best place I’ve tried here!! I wish I could give them 10 stars because they honestly deserve it. I highly recommend this place! Dashing or sitting in!!

Some of the BEST fried shrimp I’ve ever had! I enjoyed a flounder/shrimp combo and it reminds me of a fish fry you go to with your family. Anyone say calebash anymore?! This reminds me of that! Awesome service, great price, and food that will make you skip grandmas (don’t tell Grandma I said that)!

The food is normally pretty good. I come up here on Fridays to take my child to speech and normally get lunch from here. Lately, the food to me has not been really hot, but normally it is hot and cooked to order. I feel like my last order was already cooked and maybe reheated.
