I came this morning for Menudo and one Barbacoa taco. I was literally sitting there for 20 minutes and got impatient and the only one in the restaurant so there should be no excuse for it to take that long. I never have a bad experience here but today was one of the very bad experiences that I had, and I feel like I was ignored, and nobody cares if I was hungry or not.

This is my favorite taqueria. Is closed to my house. Price n quality are good. Excellent customer services. I do not know why are people complaining about this taqueria. Taqueria means Mexico, means Spanish. I do order from drive thru as well I never had nothing wrong on my order. And about the plastic bag, He’s just want eat for free. I usually go to this place to get tacos and they’re pretty good. But today I went to pick up some barbacoa tacos and when I got home and bit on one it had a plastic bag inside. I called to see if I could get my money back and they said that I would have to bring all my tacos back to get my money. I explained to her that I just wanted my money for the one with the bag on it because I had ate the other ones. She said that she couldn’t unless I brought all of them back. I told her that it didn’t make sense to bring them back if I just wanted my money for one. The manager then said that it doesn’t matter because sometimes plastic bags end up in tacos. And she didn’t even care that their was plastic in their food. They didn’t even apologized for it. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Food was okay. I had chili relleno and my husband had beef fajita plate. The flour and corn tortillas are store bought. Chips and salsa were good. As I got ready to pay with my card, there was a sign posted that there is a fee to use card. The young lady that assisted me said it’s 4% of your purchase. Bring cash if you’re not looking to pay extra.

I received a wrong order. The tripas tacos were full of grease. I only order corn tacos and they gave me some flour tacos. I will not be going back. Fajita had no flavor the tortillas weren’t heated correctly the tortillas were breaking apart as your trying to eat them.
