We hoped to eat, but the kitchen was closed. The young lady working made us iced coffees. I got the marzipan, on her recommendation, and I was NOT disappointed!!!!! We checked the place out and took some pics. The place is gorgeous!!! They also have an area for the kids to color!♥️ We will be back!!

You must go check this place out! It it well worth the drive! The food is great and so is the coffee. They have a good amount of seating, and each table had a purse hanger along with fresh flowers. We went during the week and they were busy but the wait wasn’t too long to get our food. The building itself is beautiful and just over 100 years old! As soon as you walk in, you are surrounded by succulents and cacti in various pots. Everywhere you look, there’s something unique to see. You will see a live saguaro right outside the building, which is a great spot for selfies, but don’t touch it! We tried the abuelita and mazapan latte. Both were good, but the mazapan had the best flavor, and it had mazapan crumbles on top! The quiche was good, but adding bacon made it a little more filling. The Chris P Bacon croissant was pretty good, too! The tortilla soup was different but fresh and tasty! Can’t wait to see if they’ll expand their food menu and hours. For the restrooms, you’ll need to walk outside and go to the left. They have a diaper changing station in one of the stalls. We had a great time and will come back to try lunch! Highly recommend!

Cocol is our absolute favorite restaurant to eat at for brunch! The cafe is amazing… my favorite is the mazapán frapp… chefs kiss! The food items that they have are all delicious! The place itself is so cute, adorable, and full of character. The staff is so sweet and friendly. I really don’t have anything negative to say about Cocol. Definitely a must try and support local ❤️

We got the Chris P. bacon croissant and love the taste, everything had a perfect flavor. The tortilla soup and the breakfast potatoes were just delicious! A cute little place to bring your family or a date. There’s a lot of little spaces inside and outside to take pictures.

From the get-go the atmosphere is amazing! They have cute succulent gardens, rustic New Mexico architecture, a cozy fireplace, and you are greeted with a smile! The service was awesome! The waitress was always smiling, accommodating, and very patient. The atmosphere was rustic but trendy at the same time. It was very CLEAN too. We got custom latte drinks… which were BOMB! The Mazapan latte is the best. Then on top of all that… the prices are very very very fair. We will definitely be coming back here. I highly recommend this place. AWESOME VIBES!

Good all around breakfast, brunch, and lunch place. The mazapan latte was delicious. I also really enjoyed the Chris p bacon croissant and the quiche. The building is as cool as it gets. The outside patio is also really nice.

2023 update: French Toast has arrived and it’s amazing, and very filling. A very nice local spot. Great flavors all around. I got a bacon and egg with jam sandwich. The cheese is a sauce and I suggest you have it. They house drip coffee was amazing, I had two cups. Great atmosphere, and music. Friendly and attentive staff. Will be returning for lunch.

Extremely Lovely place! From the exterior to the interior I was highly impressed with decor and overall aesthetic. All of that also translated well into the food and their customer service. Everything was spot on !! I recommend this place 10/10
