This isn’t like any other Mexican restaurant in Stillwater. It’s fancier with a thoughtful, unique menu. The presentation is beautiful. The steak is absolutely amazing! We truly enjoyed our meals, and the service was wonderful. This is a great place to go to celebrate or just enjoy something different. Yum!

Fresh take on carne molida tacos! Definitely not your average street taco. Fresh edible flower on the side was a nice touch and acentuated the carne really well. They have two types of salsa and queso that has a sprinkle of fresh cilantro on it. The staff is very friendly and love to hear feedback about their dishes!

If you’re expecting an el tapatio type restaurant this is not it. Dishes were full of fresh ingredients, unique and powerful flavors, and superbly plated for the price. Thursdays kids eat free.

Firstly, the vibe inside is nice and cute. Not much has changed from palominos but they did cover up the fighting roosters on the ceiling which was sad. Loved them. The red haired waiter was nice and he was very attentive. He gave great service. But let’s move onto the most important factor… the food. Starting off the chips were very crunchy. Too crunchy. It felt like I was eating peanut brittle. Next, the salsa was so watery and liquify that it looked like they brought me a shot. I’ll post photos for reference but the salsa cups are so small you can’t fit a chip in them. It’s like a side cup for ranch or ketchup not a salsa bowl. The queso was good but again I got The smallest bowl and paid $10 for it! The main meal however was awesome. I got the camarones de diablo and they were super good. Very good heat too. My partner got the Chile poblano and it was very good too! Overall the service and main courses were very good but paying $10 for the size of queso I got was asinine. Btw they have no alcohol yet. I’ll check it out again later to see if they redeem themselves but for now I can even more food and margaritas for the same price at el tapatio.

hands down 5 star! really good environment! it’s so beautiful once you sit down and actually look around! my daughters favorite part was the wishing well when she got to throw a penny into the water fountain… also!!! great service! not too much but also never have to get a waitresss attention!! they’re always on it just as fast as you ask for it! oh && the bar is now open! that should be a huge plus and steer people that way… everyone’s always so nice & sweet! & smiling! good vibes every time… not to mention I’ve tried multiple plates, NEVER DISAPPOINTED!!!! I’d consider myself a regular, I find myself there more often than not!!!! only “bad” thing is how BAD THEY NEED A SIGN TO ATTRACT CUSTOMERS!!! also one more thing, THE DESERTS THO! I seriously cannot get enough. If you haven’t checked it out you’re totally missing out!!! If I were you, I’d atleast consider trying it!!!! I love how its kid fri & KIDS EAT FREE ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY?!?! can’t get any better than that!!! They even have their own kids menus… “overall the best” is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!

Only twice have I ever written such a poor review. It was just horrible. Food was not hot, chips burned, the only item correct item delivery was the water and lemon. I’m sorry, this was the worst Mexican meal I have ever tried, anywhere I’m afraid. In the Stillwater market they rank dead last………
