I normally do not post about poor food however this is the 3rd burger in a row I’ve ordered Medium and it came crunchy from it being burnt. I even asked the Bartender to please make sure it’s not over done because of the last times. I wouldn’t even care if it was medium welll with a little juice left in it! This is also over a several month period. I usually only order from here maybe once a month. I’d hate to see what a well done burger looks like…

Went in for takeout at 10:15.the waitress taking our order was super nice & new to the job. As we were telling her the last item in our order the bartender came over bc he overheard us ordering a Philly wrap. He ripped the menu out of my hand and says “it’s after 10, there’s no phillys the menu has changes at 10.” And he walked away and came back w a different menu.

Worst meal I’ve had in a very, very long time. Bar was considered “busy” at far less than half capacity and food I ordered was inedible. There isn’t much worse than returning to a room hungry when you order and pay for a meal after a long days travel.

50 minutes for a burger and fries when you only had four tables in the whole establishment. Smh. Been coming here for years. Never once have I been disappointed till now and to top it off not once did the server come to my table and say food was gonna be late or ask if I needed a new drink as it sat there for twenty minutes empty.Table next to me sent food back to the kitchen twice and they still got their remade food twice. As a cook of a four star restaurant with ten years of experience you should be ashamed…

Listen, the food is great. The service. Horrible. I was the only person waiting to be seated and waited 20 minutes to be seated on a DEAD night. Food took almost an hour to come out with approximately a whole 10 customers in the restaurant. I ordered mozzarella sticks and a quesadilla…. If management was existent, and service was quicker and more attentive, would’ve been 4 stars easy. Figure it out guys.

First time we ate here, server was Excellent, wings were perfect. Went yesterday, had wraps and onion rings. Beef in wraps was burnt, chips were hard, onion rings over cooked and greasy. Server never came over to see how our food was. Very disappointed

I really don’t know where to start from waiting in line,to the poor service . Along with the food our server didn’t realize she lost our ticket for 10 min and came back to apologize . We had to reorder what a mistake we should have just left that point .We ordered no pickles we don’t enjoy anything about a pickle and our food came with pickles , we had soggy onion rings , forgotten chips it was just a bad experience never again .
