They seated us in the back where they were doing trivia. We were not there for trivia. They didn’t care. So loud we couldn’t even have a conversation. Brought food but no napkins, utensils, plates etc. Service tool forever. Pizza wasn’t great. No straws for our drinks. Had to ask for straws. Had to ask for napkins. Waitress was miserable. Maybe she was having a personal problem. That’s understandable. But just bring the place settings out at the very least. Waitress is no where to be found. We needed to get the manager to get us napkins and utensils. The service here is not worth the food. And the pizza wasn’t even good.

Incredible spot for those who love beer, bourbon, and pizza! The back bar has a speakeasy like feel to it and provides plenty of options for drinks and multiple tvs with different sports playing. It can get very busy and service can be slow but it is definitely worth the patience and wait. The steak and cheese egg rolls, house made jalapeno poppers, and dry rub Cajun chicken wings are out of this world incredible and a MUST order!

The food is out of this world!!! Beer selection awesome!! The atmosphere is cool as hell the music is fun! But the service is absolutely terrible!! I don’t get it both times I have come here it was like they forgot about us!?! First time we were near the front window so this time we came to the bar side that made no difference. Makes me a bit sad because everything is AMAZING EXCEPT the attention to the customers.. was going to have mixed drinks but couldn’t get anyone’s attention.. so I settled for a beer that I used hand signals to order

So many unique varieties of pizza to try. There’s about 70 beers on tap as well. If you’re not feeling pizza there’s an extensive menu of sandwiches and burgers as well. On my most recent visit I easily made a reservation through open table via Coalhouse’s Google listing. I ordered the kicker pizza and it was good, but next time I’ll opt for one of the pizzas that was spicy but includes meat. Service is alright but tends to be slowish. There’s a smattering of TVs around for watching sports.

Love the chicken wings with your choice of several sauces or many of the dozens of pizza pies. They have an assortment of other good dinner menu items. Open for brunch on the weekend. Great selection of beers. Great happy hour specials and cheap pitchers of CT brewery beers.

Nice place to try beer from their 72 beers on tap The staff is very friendly and the place gives off a nice atmosphere. The pizza: good crust, nicely charred, nice cheese, but the red sauce is not very good plus it is over-seasoned with oregano.
