We were in town doing a job. Not many options in town so figured we would give it a try. Food was terrible and expensive. Got a Tuna sub and a cheeseburger sub it was $30. Tuna was old and hard and she got the order wrong. The Cheeseburger sub was absolutely disgusting. Will never go back again. The staff was rude and the place is a dump.

Due to a comedy of errors I was in Sterling with my very hungry niece and nephew, waiting for their dad to come pick them up. There weren’t a lot of food options, so we walked to the pizza place and I asked for the fastest thing they could make. That was a pizza. That pizza was in the oven before I had even finished checking out and was out of the oven and in a box and in my hands faster than the time estimate I was given. The woman at the register even came outside to tell me it was done. It smelled great! Was the pizza good? I don’t know. I didn’t eat it. My niece and nephew liked it and their stressed out dad was grateful. The people who were working in this pizza shop were really kind to me. Five stars for the customer service I got. Thank you for making a stressful night much less stressful for us.

Ordered a plain steak and cheese and an order of mozz sticks. The sub was great for what I asked for. If I got extra cheese and veggies(again, I didn’t order them so it’s not their fault) my sandwich prob would have been amazing as long as the veggies were cooked soft.

VERY skimpy on the toppings!!!!!!! Not a topping in very bite!! $1.25 per topping! Placed in the middle ONLY! 6 pieces of green pepper, skimpy mushrooms, and skimpy onions! All cheap veggies not worth $1.25 each! $12.00 SMALL. TOTALLY not worth it!

Called to order $50+ worth of food. I had a question to ask but before I could I got hung up on. Called back to say I got hung up on to be immediately hung up on again and AGAIN. Finally a different person picked up which I told the story to and cancelled my order. Not worth any of my dollars for that kind of rudeness to their customers for no reason whatsoever. They won’t last much longer with all the similar reviews I read.

I ordered the steak and cheese and felt it was very quality meat along with a well made sub. Others in my group got the italiano and meat lovers pizza and liked both of them a lot. The atmosphere isn’t amazing but the food makes up for it.

I ordered a steak tip works sub from Sterling C&M on Friday at around 10:45 and asked for a 12:00 PM delivery. I get a call around 11:20 asking if 12:20 drop off would be ok. I declined, my lunch is 12-12:30. I asked to cancel the order and to refund the money into my account. Here it is, the following Monday. Still no refund. I reached out, and the kid who answered the phone told me the owner would reach out to me. Just heard back from the owner, and he’s rectifying the situation, and seems like a solid guy. I appreciate that.

The food was not good. The restaurant gave off unwelcoming vibes. The girl at the front counter was the most unpleasant person I’ve encountered in years. She seemed utterly miserable and had no problem making it known. Can say with great certainty that I won’t ever be back.
