I don’t know what the one and two star reviewers are talking about. My son and I have been wanting to try Clutch and we were very pleased. The offerings are fun, and kind of wacky but the flavors were spot on. The sausage is not cheap, yes they cost 9 bucks, but they were darn tasty. And the casing had that nice ‘snap’ to it when you bite into the sausage. All in all, I thought it was delish. Do I wish they were $7.50, yes, yes I do. Will I go back, yes, but not quite as often due to the price.

The sausages are really tasty, but they need to ease up on the toppings so you can taste the sausage better. If you’re going there for the first time, I’d suggest ordering the toppings on the side. Also, like others have said, the prices need to come down quite a bit.

I love the concept of this newish restaurant, located in a Cedar Mills strip mall. The sausage combinations are interesting and tasty. My favorite was the Thai chicken. There is also a small selection of salads. The restaurant space is bright and white and the branding is cool. Prices do seem a little high, but I enjoyed the food nonetheless.

Great time! Expensive but premium. Plus the guys working there were super nice and baked half of the cookie and left the other half cold and crispy so my wife could try hot and cold. What nice buddies!

Pretty good sandwich, interesting concept, the prices are higher than for a normal (mass produced) sausage sandwich – but not by that much. I’m sure the the real estate is expensive. Also these sausages have to be made specially by/for them which is bound to cost more.

I was hoping for more since I love sausage. Tried the German sausage with sauerkraut, mustard and pretzel bits. Tasty, but all the toppings were falling off the whole time because the whole thing was too big and the bread was a bit dense. It was a mess to eat. Also tried the brussels sprout salad. Dry and flavorless, needed more dressing or something, and the portion was way too big for one person. I was a little sad because I thought about going for several weeks before I went, and I’m not sure I’ll go again.

A bit pricy for what you get. Just a sausage alone is 6-9 bucks add the drink and chips now you’re looking at 21 bucks for 2! Though the sausages are all unique they are greasy and salty. Once is enough to saw not again.

Sorry to say, but really poor food, and REALLY expensive. I will pay a premium for a local and tasty meal, but this was not that. Dry sausages, toppings that sound great but are not executed well. Sides that are forgettable. Weird ordering process, food that comes out in boxes that are awkward to eat from and are thrown away (very wasteful). Nice logo, that’s it.

Tried to head there on my lunch at work. Went to their website to look at what they had and see their hours. It sounded good, so I drove for 20 minutes to try it out on a Wednesday. I pulled up to find it closed at 1 in the afternoon. There was a sign in the door that simply said, “Gone fishing.”

Great selection to choose from. Grilled buns tatse good but make it hard to eat without spilling all the toppings. Kinda pricey but worth it. Side dishes need greater variety.
