I haven’t been to this Cluck u in years. I thought we would try it. My wife’s sandwich fell apart and she couldn’t eat it. The largest cups for soda were maybe 12 oz. I read some reviews about this store and was laughing at the obvious fake reviews which were more like advertisements. The service was really good but go to the Red Bank store for excellent food. They are still with the franchise unlike Eatontown. Sorry. Won’t be coming back.

I ordered lunch for a colleague and myself and it was a mess. The biscuits were petrified. They gave me mac and cheese instead of the side I ordered and I’m lactose intolerant. I haven’t had Cluck U in years and this experience ensured that I won’t return. There are many other better options.

I have been meaning to try cluck u for years and years. Today I finally pulled in. The young man at the register barely acknowledged me once he got off the phone. I ordered a Philadelphian which is a grilled chicken sandwich with mozzarella onions and peppers. I ordered without the onions and peppers. I was very disappointed. The sandwich was so dry. The mozzarella was melted into the roll as opposed to the chicken and the was very little of it. The cook handed me the sandwich abruptly without saying anything and went back to the kitchen. The only words I spoken to me during the whole 5 minute transaction was.. “$7.50”.
