On a late night hunt for food, my road trip group found this chicken spot about 5 minutes off of interstate 287. Considering most places were closed or closing at the time, options were limited. We did call to confirm that they were open for indoor dining and they told us they were open to 12am as the website said.

Me and wife whose 7 months pregnant have been in the emergency at Morristown Memorial Hospital since 6pm. After seeing doctors they said my wife can eat something, anything. So she decided she wanted Cluck U Chicken. I called the store and ordered “The mashed potato bowl with shrimp NO CHICKEN”

Took my order and money, forgot to make my food, waited 15 mins till I had to go the counter. Nobody saw my order. The Manager claimed he was shorted staffed but there was 6 or 7 people working and only me and another customer there. All they were doing was prepping food. I wouldn’t of had to ask for my money back but he kept making excuses instead of apologizing. Been to this location twice and twice this has happened.

Good food. It’s exactly the same as Pluck U that used to be near NYU campus. Pluck U is no longer in NYC. Take the drive to this location. This is a nice clean and safe location.

11$ for all bread and two small pieces of chicken. I’ve been here many times where the chicken has been fuller at better quality. Not worth driving 20 minutes for this location anymore. I asked the manager at the front desk to swap out the chicken and he refused to and took the next order. Where’s the quality there used to be?

Horrible customer service The person by the register took my order and cash let me wait for 15 minutes I’m the only person in the business for 10 minutes I didn’t see any incoming or outgoing transactions this guy said what’s your order I told him politely I placed order with the other guy and pointed to the person he said wait for 20 minutes more as he’s busy with orders I didn’t see any orders and the cooks are eating while making food the person who took my order gave me an attitude and I tasked him hey bud can you please cancel my order and refund my money so I can take the business some where else he said we can’t cancel the order it’s almost done I would love to give zero stars
