Not such a good experience here as of late. Bad customer service and not a lot of value. I generally eat here once a week and I have heard twice now that the reason they charge customers so much is because food costs have gone up. They charged me $7.75 for this blt.I want to know who actually would want to pay almost $8 for that and be okay with it? They just showed me their level of professionalism with that silly reply from the owner herself! I really hope that what you take from this is don’t lie to your customers and don’t try to rip them off because you’re not doing so well. I truly wish you all the best but it’s a no from me from here on out. I spent too much money at your establishment to be treated that way.

I was skeptical about this place at first, being that I’m not a huge country food person. But I must say, their hamburger steak is by far the best I’ve ever had!! Also have tried the tenders & pork chops. Everything is very tasty.

This is fast food and had some extra grease on my wings. My dressing and celery was left out. No big deal. Overall, this was a good experience. Convenience is the main reason we visited.

Very clean, the sweetest staff and a menu with most anything you could want for all ages. Fresh and delicious! Options for grilled items and fresh salad too.

The best employees.. went in tonight and had a wonderful conversation with the girl behind the counter about keto.. the food is absolutely delicious.. I would recommend this place too anyone. Can’t wait to try their grilled pork chops.. Smith Station has a winner with this little gem of a restaurant.

Why do I not come here more often!? The food was delicious. I will be returning a lot more frequently. Excellent customer service. DELICIOUS food. I got the grilled chicken tenders and sweet potato fries. Will be getting more soon!!
