Cloud Nine Café has been proudly serving the residents of Berks County since 1998. In 2020, a new era began for the C9 Café, Stefanie Karli & Steve Heebner purchased the café from Kevin & Sue Kershner.

Clean look with not a lot of seating in what I could see, with some high tables in the front. Ordering is walking to the counter and taking a look at the menu on the counter. Young lady in charge of the register was friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed in a good mood who was working so atmosphere was very inviting.

Every time I go to Cloud 9, the food is spectacular. It is made to order and always delicious. They also have a nice selection of premade items and bakery items. They are always so kind to my whole family, and my three year old always asks to go there.

Great atmosphere and service. Haven’t been here in ages and I was craving a chicken salad sandwich. I was disappointed. The chicken was thick and dry and overall just not really enjoyable. I couldn’t finish it. I’m sure other items are better here.

If you have an event that you need catered, keep calm and call Cloud 9 Cafe! First of all, I love to cook, so if I love someone else’s food, you know it’s really good. Secondly, when nearly every guest, out of 35 guests, makes it a point to mention how delicious the food was, you know it was yummy. Not only was it all super tasty, it arrived hot (or cold, if apropos) and ready to serve. Thank you so much Cloud 9 for creating a menu I was proud to serve and helping me enjoy this special day! Everybody needs to have Cloud 9 Cafe cater their next event. You will be happy you did and so will your guests!
