Came on a Saturday night, with a wonderful small band playing. The drinks are good and the food is delicious! Really enjoyed the fresh homemade french fries! Head on out if you like good food with a calm vibe.

Great historical building, you can learn a bit of the history while there. Food was outstanding. I highly recommend you stop there while in Port Clinton. Can’t wait to go back!

Great atmosphere, the live music was great too. The burger was delicious and cooked perfectly, the shrimp pasta was really delicious too. Tasty handcut fries.

Had reservations, got seated at a bar top, a little tight for 3 people. Ordered one water, one diet coke, and one beer. 30 minutes later, there was no beer and no waitress. I went up to the bar area and spoke up, and the excuse was that it’s tough to keep up. I understand workforce issues, but it didn’t appear that that was the issue.

We were here for brunch on a Sunday. The brunch is buffet style. The eggs looked like they were real, but they weren’t egg-cracked. Sausage and bacon were unappetizing. I don’t eat potatoes, French toast or syrup. Biscuits were meh and the sausage gravy just tasted off. I discovered that their mimosas are made with flat white wine. I barely choked it down.

Clinton House always has fabulous food and a classy but relaxed environment. I highly recommend this place for a tasty meal or for fun while having a drink. I’ve been here for brunch, lunch, and dinner and enjoy it everyone!
