Good food with high quality ingredients that made for a satisfying and tasty meal. They sell prepackaged food dinner plans, as well as restaurant dinners. The ambiance is pretty plain but suitable for the food being served. The counter person was friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed and will go again.

First time trying and got a couple to go dishes. They tasted decent but about the same as a healthy choice TV dinner. Despite being the only one in line I waited several minutes for someone to check me out and they tried to push the tipping for grab and go. I’m far sighted and the cooking instructions weren’t readable even with my strongest glasses. I like the fact that they do serve smaller portions for those of us who are health conscious.

Nice cafe/restaurant, clean and hygienic. I like the inniative of healthy meals. I ordered the Nutty chocolate smoothie (475 cal). It was nice and would recommend it to anyone to try it. They offer meal plans and have coolers filled with various prepared meals for anyone to pick up on the go.

I started coming here about 3 months ago and I loved it I even recommend a friend to work there. He got the job and it was going great until he told the manager that he was planning on joining the AIR FORCE to serve our country in 2 months . And they Fired him on the spot. I am very disappointed in the management. I will not be returning.

My wife and I used the meal prep service and covered all our meals for months. Their options changed weekly, and they were made with a health forward approach. I’ve been getting my lunches here for about 2 Mos now. They have a weekly menu you can order from or pull from the freezer. Portions are perfect. If you order from the wkly menu you can get extra protein and sometimes they have grab in go with extra protein. This has helped me stay on track with my diet! Thanks guys!

Great place to get healthy food in St Louis! Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Refreshing change from other options. Meal delivery services can also be a good option, but I like this place because you can’t beat the advice they can provide to help you reach your fitness goals–which lets face it we all need especially this time of year.

This place is great. The food is delicious and healthy and very reasonably priced. Being a new mom I don’t have as much time as I would like to cook meals so these ready to eat meals have been a lifesaver during the week when I am on my own and need something quick to eat. I can grab multiple meals at a time to take home and pop in the microwave for a fast and healthy meal. So glad this location opened near me.
