4/20/23- Third time coming to this location and the vibe at this location is so nice and welcoming. Menu is easy to ready when placing a order to go or dine in. There are Freezers for meals to go, for those weekly meal planners and diet plans. They have tons of options for those frozen meals. They do have a kids menu.

I used to love getting the frozen pizza. Within the past months something has changed with them. Typically I get the carnivore pizza which used to taste great and have 99 carbs. Now with the change it has 81 carbs and what is listed as beef crumble. It’s gross and almost inedible.

Had to make a 2nd visit to make sure, but yes, this place is awesome!! Top notch meal prep deals and options. A kitchen with a made to order menu as well. Great atmosphere and good vibes!! Wow, looking for actual clean eating? Great food, friendly, and helpful workers! My wife is gluten free(sensitivity) and it’s difficult to find a place that she can eat at without her not feeling good afterwards. So much on the menu she can eat here! We are adding this to the top of the list. I really enjoyed it as well. We went with the bowls-build your own. They have a great selection of carb/veggie/protein/sauces/spice that you pick separately. Very affordable and you feel great afterward. They have meals you can pick up-they are in a freezer and you pick what you want. It’s really pretty fantastic, and if you buy a lot of them it comes out to like $6.50 a meal. Discounts are set at a certain amount of meals you buy. The more you buy the more you save. But it’s brilliant because it’s all fresh! My wife and I spent about $26(got a chex mix snack-which was amazing!) It came out to a little more than $10 per person. They have cheaper things as well, but seriously, I wasn’t eating all the fat, fried, over carbed dinner that I would usually eat, and my wife wasn’t eating a salad. Try it, you’ll find something you will like! And you’ll feel better afterwards!

This place is a lifesaver. I am on a strict anti inflammatory diet, and I often travel down to Florida with very little food options on the way. I went in because of the name, and it was so good! I’ll be eating there again on my road trips!
