The food was really delicious. The service on the other hand was really slow for it not to be many people here. They were out of crawfish from Saturday, so I decided to get the shrimp. They were nice and spicy the way I like them and really big. We used a gift card, and they charged us a fee for using it! Not good business!

Over the top customer service. I believe my waiter name was Sammy & he did not disappoint. I tried oysters (jacked up) for the first time and I must say I am now hooked. Crawfish were a great size and seasoned well. Drinks were G-O-O-D.

This was the first time I’ve ever had crawfish! The waitress was so nice and showed me how to eat them even know the place was packed haha. If I lived in Louisiana I would definitely be a regular. If your just passing through you have to check it out.

We had a great experience!! Laurel was absolutely GREAT!!! Such a sweet and caring lady. You can tell that she tries her best to please everyone. Excellent food and service. Some of us were a little disappointed in what we ordered but it was based strictly our individual tastes. We will definitely go back to try other items. The oysters on the half shell were small but good. Excellent Bloody Mary!

We drove all the way from Grand Prairie TX today july 27. Just to eat crawfish at this place because we were here last year and it was so good. I wanted to come over again. Found out there wasnt crawfish season. We were so bombed out. But the customer service was exceptional. I had shrimp instead and my son had a poboy. It was really good. But it wasnt just that. We felt welcomed and Sam i belive was his name was so helpful and nice he made our day. That is when he explained that they didnt had the crawfish because it wasnt in season. i never thought of searching on line to see that first before driving more than 4 hours to come and eat at this wonderful place. All and all we enjoy eating there. We enjoy the music and the ambient. Thank you for making our day Sam. We definitely coming back. We were seating on table 33 at 4 pm. I wish i remember his name for sure. But I think it was Sam. Ohhhh and the oysters were awesome

I have been here a few times and I always enjoyed myself. Although it has been a few months I didnt expect such a drastic change, I am a server so when I go out I expect to be treated the way I treat my guest… This was not the case service was terrible. I dont even know the young ladies name. I went with a friend and I got boiled seafood she got fried. She finished half of her meal before I finally asked how much longer on mine. The bar tender/server told me they were cooking it all fresh so it would take a while ( she forgot). She then appears less then five minutes later with the food COLD. She dropped the food off and I NEVER saw her again. I reported it to the manager where she told me she had a wait and that I would have to wait on my food again which is okay Im not the only person here. However like I said I work in the food industry and if someone has waited 20 minutes for boiled seafood thats cold and was supposed to be fresh they should be a priority. I left un happy and more hungry than I went before. I did however enjoy the lemon drop flights and the egg rolls. I’ll never return here I go enough places where I feel I am unwanted, I will not pay to feel unwanted and uncomfortable.
