Good food for a hotel restaurant. I got the spicy cheeseburger with onion rings. The onion rings were legi, thick and crispy and so delightful. The cheeseburger was good too. The spicy Chipotle sauce was a little isolated on one side of the burger but otherwise it was very tasty. The decor was very nice and I enjoyed the historical pitch with the lift tower over the bar. The staff was friendly and attentive.

If you are already at Embassy Suites, no need to look any where else for a place to eat. Great food, great atmosphere and even better wait staff! I can’t find any faults with the Claim Bar.

This is the worst service i ever experienced in my entire life! The kitchen and bar staff were horrible! We were given styrofoam cups and every other tables had glasses. We were told they were out of glasses but other tables had glasses. Sebastian and Ronaldo were extremely disrespectful to our party. We had a huge event planned here in June, we will be canceling.

Favorite place to stay in Denver. Excellent free Bfast. Only issue is $15 per day parking that is NOT CONTROLLED . They buzz everyone out, even those that do not pay. Heard a guy in the elevator say he’s been here for 2 weeks. . . Without a parking pass, no fee charged to him. He was told at check out ro elect no parking, its free because they dont monitor it ! You exit with out a key card/fob
