I went here for the first time the other day and it’ll be my new fav spot for sure!! I wasn’t sure what to order and jenn helped me a lot. She was so sweet and complimented me. She was patient and took her time helping me order, I didn’t feel rushed at all! She had excellent customer service skills, and was very knowledgeable with every question I asked. I loved the atmosphere and vibe of the cafe . I got the mocha pro protein shake and it was amazing. Thanks a bunch!

I have been a daily customer of this restaurant since I’ve moved here. The original crew that was there which I know people come and go being a restaurant manager myself. The food quality has gone down significantly and the customer service is just sad the bigger girl who is working the drive-through window is completely uncompassionate in caring when there’s a problem all she will say is OK ha ha. You tell her thank you for fixing your food and have a nice day and all she can respond is um OK I’m a very easy-going person and yes I was a little frustrated with the situation because this is constantly happening. They keep putting pork on my food when I do not eat pork, and I have to drive back and have them remake it, or try to substitute it for some thing, I understand a lot of people do not have experience in the customer service field. At the same time you should be much more professional and kind to your customers. I actually miss the old crew that was there. They were extremely friendly, and would go above and beyond for you, and the food always was delicious but now the food quality has plummeted, the members that remain at this location that are part of the old crew are fabulous and they have great customer service skills. The rest that are new do not I hope by writing this, and being upfront and honest about my opinion, will make a difference in the quality of food and customer service With the new team members that you have. Communication is the key when working with customers and they need to let people know upfront that they’re out of things before they order or at least try to rectify it and make sure the orders are coming out right and the food looks like something you would feed your grandma And you would enjoy feeding to your family.

Five out of Five…..This is my impression of CJ’s Coffee. Modern but country, great food and not over priced. This is what I call an perfect combination. The ingredients were fresh and paired perfectly. If the location wasn’t 35 minutes away from my home, I would go back for lunch:) If your ever in or passing by Sherman Texas, CJ’s is a must:)

The GF Protein cookies have changed my life. They are the best cookies I have tasted. I eat them with every meal. I will purchase dozens at a time. I drive an hour to get them. Nothing else will ever be as good as them. I rearrange my whole schedule to get them. I sold my house and for cookie savings. I will have these cookies with me until the day that I die.

I’ve been to many quaint coffee houses and CJ’s is in the top 3 for me. Exemplary atmosphere and a peaceful vibe to the place. It’s quiet. The popular large chain coffee shop is so noisy so this place is a refreshing welcome. The employees are fantastic, kind and know their stuff. Not only are the drinks delicious but they have wonderful food options as well. You won’t regret stopping by.

Nice staff, pretty place. Their coffee sucks though. You don’t even taste coffee, it has way too much syrup. Literally tastes like chocolate milk. If you like this kind of coffee, you don’t actually like coffee, it tastes nonexistent in their drinks.

The cutest, coziest place! My son had the Elvis toast (pb, banana, bacon and maple drizzle) with warm vanilla milk and I had a bowl of chicken & dumplings. Both were made with or served with bread made fresh in the store. It was all delish! Had to try a coffee before we left of course. So many options! Way more sugar free syrups than most places and some very unique “house favorites”. They even have a coffee made with a lavender simple syrup, also made in the shop! I’ll try that next time 🙂 The barista was very patient and answered all of my questions when I explained it was our first time in. We will most definitely be back to this gem in Sherman, TX.

I’m blessed with great local roasted coffee with a drive thru within walking distance of my house so I sometimes unjustly compare other coffee houses who offer drive through but aren’t as efficient.
