i ordered 2 salads got to work i had no salad dressing or the garlic bread they claimed comes with it.when i called the store to ask for the manager she said he was not there and was gonna leave it at that. she was very rude and lacked any customer service skills let’s just say i will not be ordering from there anymore

Went in and Ordered 10 Lemon Pepper wings. The girl at the front(Short Middle Eastern One) took my order and SNATCHED my money from my hand, then dropped my chage back in my hand, as if not to touch me like I had some sort of contagious disease. She charged me $12.90 for the wings. On the menu it says that they are $10.50. Sales tax in the city is 8%. After I came back to get my food, I addressed the issue with the cook. He said it was no way I should have been charged that much. Now the girl is sitting there with a ” I’M CAUGHT ” look on her face. He(The Cook) addressed the issue with her and all she said in a VERY rude way was here, take your money back. Remember this is the same girl that SNATCHED my money from my hand and DROPPED my change back in it. The girl didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize and make it SEEM like a mistake. I have a business on this block as well and me my staff and clients patronize this establishment daily. BUT NO MORE!!! Fire the girl and I will think about not boycotting your establishment along with my clients and staff that come here.Until then YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANOTHER DIME OF THE MONEY THAT WE WORK FOR!!! Come in our neighborhood make good money from us but don’t respect us. COME ON PEOPLE TIME TO TAKE A STAND

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The pizza is cold, and has a weird smell to it. The cheese looks and taste like lunch meat cheese melted on top. The workers are rude. Don’t order from this place. This was supposed to be well done, but instead it’s under cooked and saggy.

Brought this business clients but where there is poor service all that goes out the windows.As of Today I can support the reviews below about the service Being sorry, even the manager. First time ordering a bacon cheeseburger. I Ask for bacon lite well done they burned it and the burger I request for it to be made over. Boss(Woody) or whoever said no that’s how they make it it’s horrible. Real disappointed started to like this place but this is the third bad experience. Then in previous occasions an employee was over charging credit cards but the manager tried to say it was the bank doing this so I began to only pay cash. Do better

Well, all I ordered was chicken and fries. The fries were like rubber, and the chicken was horrible. I got 3 flats and the other side look like full blown drum sticks. Things like this is teaching me to cook my own food at home. Eating out is not the way to go any more. I’m done

When they first opened they were great. Now every time I order, there’s a problem. I ordered two cheese fries (along with other things) but I only got one. That has happened a couple of times. My wife ordered a white pizza from them and it was burnt and disgusting. Another time, I had fries on my order and didn’t receive them. I called and let them know and they said they would send them out to us. I never got them. Order with caution. Better yet, don’t order from them at all.
