It’s too hot in this place to eat cold old food (assuming left over from lunch) nothing was fresh at all. . It was different ppl tonight. The friendly host must be on vacation. . Never again, I’ve given them 3 chances, and all three failed . Don’t eat here. Take the drive to Morgan City to China King.

Let me tell you how much I love this place…about a year ago a friend and I were in town and hoping for a Chinese buffet and Google showed us City Buffet. Since then I have returned several times, today was just the latest. I live 25 miles away but drove to Franklin JUST for this restaurant. I paid less than $10 for take-out and that even includes soup! I have enough food for myself for numerous meals. Did I mention it was less than $10?! It’s always hot and fresh (the meat is always tender which I think says a lot in itself being on a buffet) and the service is always friendly. I definitely plan on continuing to return. Thank you for lunch…and dinner…and probably lunch tomorrow!

The food is always prepared fresh and tasty! The owner and staff are sweet and friendly. It’s a great place for family to gather and have a great time. The combination fried rice is my favorite. I think I’m seriously addicted to the stuff

If you want to go eat great Chinese and also have awesome fried fish and shrimp and boiled shrimp and snow crabs this is the place to go. Even if you don’t live near this place you will not regret spending time eating here. The buffet is awesome!! Beats China King hands down for food taste, and for friendliness from employees and owners.
