My order was $10.19. last Friday I believe (Short Hispanic girl with glasses.) I gave her $21. She looked at me funny I said so I could a 10 back. She proceeded to hand me two 5’s and shut the register. “What about my $.81 I asked.” She said ” huh? Well I can’t open the register unless you buy something. ” This place is worse everytime I go. Apparently basic math is not a skill required by cashiers here. And neither is customer service. Not to mention the ever failing quality of the product they’re pushing. Unless you have no other option I highly recommend going somewhere else

never had any issues with the city bites downtown until yesterday, when i never got my order when everyone that came in after me was getting their orders. when i tried asking the guy that runs the place, assuming he is a manager, he got an attitude and said its coming, so as i waited about another 3 minutes and i only have so long for lunch, i asked one of the girls for a refund, got my money and not once did either the girl or manager say sorry.

They send you order back before you pay for it so don’t order until your ready, also they will rush you even if they don’t have a line, so not very good customer service, I still had to want 15 minutes for the order that had already been sent back.

Workers spent more time talking and laughing then they did paying attention to my order. Asked for no tomatoes on my city burger and they kept tomatoes on and took the red onions off. There was barely any meat on this sub. But tasted okay.

Ordered twice now and won’t do it again. Order was beyond wrong both times and the last time didn’t receive half my order even though i was charged and it was clearly on the receipt. Quality of food i have received was not worth the price.
