Okay these guys are the sweetest! I called in my order 5 mins before they close and the last thing they wanted to do at that time was make a last-minute order after they have probably already cleaned up for the day. But the manager Josh was so kind about it and so sweet and stayed open with his crew five minutes late for me to come pick up my order. It made my last minute heart happy

Terrible experience. Ordered online and showed up at pick up time, was told our order didn’t exist. Once we showed the order number they magically found it so we got to wait another 30 minutes for the food to be made. We get home to see instead of a Pot Roast potato they gave us a plain potato. Manager yelled from the back to offer a cookie or a singular bag of chips for all the trouble. No apology, not even the courtesy to show his face. No wonder they’re ALWAYS hiring with management like that.
