The food was horrible.. nothing was freshly prepared and the my order was wrong.. their chicken strips are like eating rope and the chicken salad nasty.. ordered olives and they were so salty I couldn’t eat it. My husband got the sailor soup, the shrimp we so old they were mush…they got one star because I had to and needed to post this.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER OR DINE IT

On menu it said chicken or steak fajita salad, that implies that both meats are fajita meats. What I got was dry, unseasoned, boiled chicken breast that was chewy in texture. When I questioned the food I was told that the menu didn’t have the word fajita after the word chicken. Sorta of a buyer beware defence. So basically it cost the same for a fajita steak salad as it does for a boiled , dry, chewy, unseasoned chicken breast salad. I was told to complian to the server who is not the one who misrepresented the menu and did not prepare the food. At this point I just picked out the chicken meat, ordered a take out box and went home. I figured a bad review would cost me less energy loss than demanding a different dish. Chicken salads usually have grilled chicken it’s deceptive at its worst and just stupid at its best. Nobody would offer such an item on a menu. That was so badly done.

I ordered through doordash and got my food delivered. I opened everything and the cheese was covered in mold. My husband called the restaurant to tell the manager about the mold and the manager was extremely rude. She said there was no way the cheese was moldy because they had just received their delivery. She then tried to say when cheese melts it changes color. Mold and melted cheese have completely different looks. It is clearly moldy. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

They hog parking even though they have 0 customers inside. Do not park in the spots for Ciros because the owner apparently has nothing better to do then call tow trucks because you wanted to go to a better restaurant with better service and food

Everything at this place is good. One of the only places that is still inexpensive. The kitchen is clean and this place, in many years, has never made me sick . I especially liked the chicharon and the chile relleno burritos.

Place hogs parking spaces and doesn’t even have customers and if you park there they tow his car. No wonder they are going out of business.

Fist and last time we ever eat here, should’ve read the reviews before going. The shrimp was bad, when the aguachiles came out my husband tried one shrimp and spit it out, then we noticed the sauce was bubbling (it was cold sauce shouldn’t have been). The cocktail shrimp wasn’t any better the octopus was disgusting they tasted nasty and smelled like Sewage. They definitely have low food standards and the seafood is most definitely not fresh!

The worst food you can find in El Paso. Fish tacos do not have fish in it!!!! Just deep fried breading, that smells like hell. Read the other reviews and save your time, money and stomach going somewhere else

Server was intoxicated. Wanted to charge me $600 in 4 separate bills for only 2 people in a 3 1/2 hour time frame. Then I was given someone else’s debit card. We went to another server so we can be charged properly, and we paid our $80 tab. But the intoxicated server, yet again, tried charging us other bills after ours was already taken care of. We went to management and explained to her her server was intoxicated, we figured she would help and try to get it taken care of like management should be trained to. But instead, she just came off to us very disrespectful, rude and assuming automatically that we were lying without trying to hear us out. She then tried putting her hands on me, which is when we decided to walk out voluntarily, and since I did not let myself be touched, she decided to start yelling nonsense at us as that we were banned because we didn’t want to pay, which was all a lie. Hows that for a staff? Very unprofessional place. Will never be going back, im glad i am “banned” from such place.
