I have nothing negative to say about my experience here. Every bite was absolutely tantalizing to my taste buds. There is so much variety in flavors, textures, and more in the lump rice that each bite is different from the next. The chicken 65 and the gobi honey garlic were sweet, tangy, and sticky, and you didn’t want to waste a single morsel. The space is beautifully decorated and spacious with two separate seating areas (booths and tables). The staff go above and beyond, going as far as to review menu items with you to help familiarize you and even make popular suggestions.

The food was so delicious omg, haven’t had food from a restaurant this good in a long time. My wife and I got the Lump Rice, must try!! With the Falooda drink. Also our waiter Ravi and the other waiter was just the nicest person ever who took the time to meticulously explain what each dish was. Made our day. Thank you guys!

Stumbled upon Cinnamon after picking up a dress next door at Valeria’s in New London, CT! I saw the high reviews and they are well warranted! I ordered the Lumprire and Foleda (might have misspelled that). DELICIOUS!! Can’t wait to try the lumpia (to go). Service was excellent. They have a full bar too if you’re looking to grab a drink and chill. Will come back with friends!

Came to Cinnamon Grill with a group of friends and the food was deeply flavorful and delicious and the service was so kind and helpful. Our favorite dishes (though nothing disappointed) was the lump rice, kottu rice, gobi honey garlic, and battered calamari, served with the Ceylon sweet tea and mango lassis. We also ordered the biryani and nasi goreng, and enjoyed that as well. The service was really sweet and attentive! A new favorite spot when visiting Connecticut.

If you looking for authentic Sri Lankan food this is closest! There have various delicious dishes with quite flavorful. We ordered quite lot including black pork curry, crab curry, sizzling prawn including rice dishes. Big hit was hoppers and we lucky they were available. It had milk taste just as made at home. Had coffee finishing off biscuit pudding and Our server and other person was very helpful and cheerful. If are not aware you can simply chat with sever and order proper SL food than going to noodles dishes. Atmosphere was very pleasant with Sri Lanka music . The wash rooms was very clean. Recommend anyone to try these cuisine for change Indian which you find every where

My fiance and I tried this restaurant after spending all day at the mystic aquarium. So glad I found it while looking for restaurants! We both have never had Sri Lankan food before and this place blew our minds. Everything was incredible. The waiter helped explain what all the food options were. If you’re in the area make sure to stop by! We will be back whenever we’re traveling to mystic again.
