First experience. My usual was closed however, I was excited to give them a try. I ordered the Cincy Boil, 1/2 lb of Snow Crab Legs and 1/2 lb of Green Mussels. Flavor: Mix All. To-Go. Woman at the register very nice, personable, great customer service. She walks from behind the counter to give me my order and I headed out. When I got home, there was more than a 1/2 lb of Green Mussels, they were great. But I ordered 1/2 lb of Crab Legs, & I was given one cluster of crab. I order boils often, I’m from the east coast, I can eyeball a 1/2 lb. But I divided the boil anyways, to check, and the mussels weighed more than the cluster I was given. Clear as day. But I digress. The sauce was barely there, I had to shake the bag to make sure everything was coated. Taste wise, there was no flavor. Red sauce alone, resembled spicy water. I had to eat every bite with garlic from the bottom of the bag to be satisfied.

The calamari was very good, tentacles very small, but the marinara sauce came out cold in a package like a pudding cup. We ordered the largest combo and added an extra lobster tail. The boil was nice and hot but had wayyy too much salty seasoning on it and wayyy too much boil juices in the bag. When we opened it and dumped it the juice went everywhere even on the floor. Luckily, I moved fast enough. Next time I will just ask for everything steamed with garlic butter on the side. Cost was extremely expensive but we already knew that going in. I didn’t like that every check had an 18% gratuity added. I like to give my server more or less based on the service. After all this is a restaurant and a service establishment. Our server was very sweet when she came to our table which wasn’t enough, so service would get a 6 out of 10….Food…8 out of 10. We might go back or they another restaurant next time…

Large interior with plenty of pandemic seating. Located conveniently on Colerain Ave. at the Cross County Highway Exchange. This place does not serve alcohol. Our server Asia was fantastic, courteous and attentive. The food was good but not great. The steamed oysters were not fresh tasting, no horseradish and the cocktail sauce was bland. The hush puppies were very good they came with tartar and honey mustard sauces for dipping. Not a fan of the coleslaw that came with them also, seemed bitter. The fried Cod basket was a nice portion but I could tell the fish had been frozen. The King Crab leg looked and tasted great. the Garlic Butter sauce was very overbearing. Trying to eat the corn all you could taste was garlic. The prices on the fried baskets are reasonable but I have to say that $45 for one crab leg is a tad hard to swallow.

My husband and I was our first time and some of our family been coming back multiple times already. The place is very well decorated it’s really nice inside and also it’s clean. professional service thankful for our server that day she was very helpful. I was calling for a reservation with no problem at all lot’s of places that don’t take any reservations. Above all the food was very fresh my husband and I shared the combo2 it was a lot of food so perfect for two persons or even 3 all mixes sauce on medium was tasty and the best!!! We are definitely going back here if we crave for seafoods. And also they have other options for Entrees like seafood baskets. Very good portions too and good..

Ok when I ate there it was bomb. But went back to the Colerain one months back and it was shut down or something so Im confused, are you guys back up and running again?? I hope because the boil was so good. I do think it’s pricey and keep reading about automatic 18% gratuity so if that goes straight to the servers you guys can’t really expect more of a tip from people.

The restaurant was very clean and modern. Had it been busier, it might have been a bit noisy though. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Now to the important part. The food was delicious. They brought it out very quickly and everything was prepared well. The snow crab legs were just a bit watery and the shells didn’t snap open easily, but the meat was delicious. It was just a bit difficult to get to. The shrimp, lobster, and mussels were all perfect. The amount of food was more than enough for two people to share. Possibly three people.
