Their tacos are a true masterpiece, with each bite transporting you to the streets of Mexico. The sizzling fajitas are a sight to behold and a delight to devour. And don’t even get me started on their refreshing margaritas! Cinco de Mayo is a fiesta of flavors that’s not to be missed.

I must say that this is my favorite authentic Mexican Restaurant… Fresh food and fantastic customer service! I ordered the Big Spicy Beef Burrito hold the red sauce.. it was friggin delicious! And my wife got the steak tacos with cilantro and onions and a chicken tostada.. everything we ordered was so fresh and hot.. made to order. I love this place.. 5 stars and I will definitely be returning for their great food and service! Thanks guys, great job!

Plates are big, portions are big depending on what you get. In my opinion, it’s good food, but it’s not the authentic stuff. Service is amazing, atmosphere is decent, but the seating is a bit tight especially when there busy. Overall though, I was satisfied with my visit.

Great food! I love the carnitas & the Modelo is always cold! Chips & salsa are fresh. Salsa does have a “bite”, so beware. They do have mild if you prefer. Great place to hang out & chill.

Three stars due to lackluster service. There seemed to be a staffing situation as I was waited on by 3 different people. The first showed me to my seat, brought my drink & took my order. The second brought out my food (which isn’t unusual considering food runners are a thing). It was after I got my food that the employees seemed to disappear. Not even appearing at my table to ask about drink refills (I would have enjoyed at least one refill). I was on the verge of hunting someone down for my bill when a third server saw me peering around and approached my table. By this time I was getting anxious to leave. The server brought me a bill, but it wasn’t mine. There were three entrees and an appetizer on the bill, I had one entree and an a la carte tamale. The server caught the mistake within just a few minutes and brought another bill, but this time I was charged $2.50 for sweet tea when I was drinking water. I had to wait another five minutes before the server came back around to my table.

Our Waitress was nice. She made sure we were doing alright. She was really quick on her feet dealing with a large group. The food was fresh and out in a timely manner. There is an 18% gratuity for a group that is larger than 6.

2 out of 3 items ordered where something completely different. Ticket had correct items, but it looked like they just threw some sort of fajita mixture together (didn’t order fajitas at all) for both incorrect items and called it something else. Food just okay, didn’t come with lettuce, sour cream or guac, like some other Mexican restaurants.

First thing I check in every Mexican restaurant is the salsa. Does it taste like tomato paste or Salsa. Theirs taste like salsa. Very spicy. Got the chicken fajita salad and that was very tasty and we got the shrimp fajita quesadilla. Their seasoning on the shrimp and the chicken were out of this world. Great job guys. Video review coming soon I’m Jack on the Go Show on YouTube.

To not allow substitutions is absurd to me. I wanted a chorizo enchilada; the server said he couldn’t do that. I asked if they had chorizo at all and he said yes, but they couldn’t make it in an enchilada..even though they can do one with any other meat and even spinach, but nope, not chorizo. Not even for an upcharge. I settled for chorizo street tacos with a side of red sauce….practically chorizo enchiladas. He forgot the sauce with my meal. He didn’t come back to the table for almost 15 minutes and when he did I asked for the sauce. He acted like it was the biggest inconvenience even though I had ordered it with my meal. I was trying to give this place a second chance, but I will absolutely not be back. Dos Margaritas is way better and will allow substitutions.

In a search for the best Mexican food restaurant in my hometown of Hendersonville TN, this one is pretty dang good. My favorite so far out of the four we have tried. I recommend this place. It’s not Southwest Mexican food but it will do.
