I’m traveling from Indiana to California to write a book and I stopped here to eat. This is actually the best place I’ve visited since I have been in Florida. I am from Cincinnati Ohio and I love the chili and I couldn’t believe it when I saw this establishment. The two wonderful woman working here gave me the best customer service since I’ve been in Florida. I totally recommend eating at this place, and also get something to go to eat later because this is the best Cincinnati chili in Florida. Thank you I hope you can open some of these out west. I plan on opening one in the Philippines when I get there. So thank you again for the wonderful dinner.

If you disliked Skyline Chili because it had a weird aftertaste, Cincinnati Chili Company has come to the rescue! The Coney dogs are bigger and the Chili is amazing. Take it from me, this place is way better than Skyline Chili, hands down.

If from Ohio and Northern Kentucky you know what to expect. While this is not a legacy chain from the Buckeye State, this is a local place trying to do some of that famous Cincinnati Style Greek Chili over pasta, on dogs, on tators, and in burritos. Did they get it right? They did. The chili is straight up Greek Style Chili and fits the niche. I prefer the slightly sweeter chili from Skyline on some items and I prefer this chili here on others. I prefer the hot sauce at Skyline always since it is hot. The hot sauce here does not have the kick of heat, it’s too mild. What do I like better here? The hotdog itself. The dog here is much better quality and it’s nice to have a full size dog versus the half sized low quality dog the other place serves. And while I prefer the sweeter chili of Skyline as a topper on hotdogs and spaghetti, the chili here goes better in the burrito, on the fries, on the potato. I also prefer the actual fries here over Skylines fries as well. So final verdict. It’s a draw! Give both this place and that legacy competitor 15 minutes to the south both a try. Then decide which you prefer. Both give you exactly what you came for.

Cincinnati Chili is very different. It’s really a Chili Meat Sauce on spaghetti. So it’s a style you may not be accustomed to. Skyline is my still my favourite but this is sure worth a try.
