Not sure what happen here but this restaurant is falling off, I order the tostada dinner and a taco with a horchata water, $23.95. Over price but OK while waiting lady was complaining about being short staff and that the boss is in vacation or something not something you want to hear while you want to dine in, I got the food I order and got 3 small salsas like it was gold, while opening the salsa you can hear the sound of bacteria fermenting “like opening a can of pop” so much gas smh tostada were OK.

I’ve gone to the Elmhurst location since they opened, and today May 9, 2023 went to use the gift card I received for my birthday in March. The young lady told me, they don’t take gift cards, can only use at addison location which is 18 minutes away. Elmhurst is 3 minutes away. PUT UP A HUGE SIGN NO CILANTRO GIFT CARDS ACCEPTED. I met the 2 brothers at this location as well as the mom and they always welcomed me with a smile. But now I will no longer go to this location or any other Cilantro locations. I can’t return the card and I’m not confident the Addison location will take it. So I now have to call and investigate this before I drive and waste my time. If you’re selling gift cards please change it so it says can only be used at ADDISON location. Long time customer no longer!

Food was good as expected. It was ready within 5 min. Only barstool seating in the window available inside (about 10 seats) and outdoor patio as well. I can’t complain about anything here. Pretty good experience. I liked their taco salad!

Horrible experience. I ordered and paid for a steak burrito and it had absolutely no steak in it, no meat at all whatsoever. I didn’t leave a tip because it’s a to go order, pretty sure that’s why they decided to not give me what I paid for. Horrible business practices, absolutely no excuse, the tipping entitlement culture is so out of hand. Avoid this place like the plague.

The place is pretty small mostly with window seating. There are no tables just stool type chairs facing the window. The customer service could’ve been friendlier. The food presentation looked great but the tacos were mediocre and lacked a good flavor or at least some seasoning. You have to pay for chips, and they were not that great. Easy location and clean. Prices were reasonable.

This place has seriously fallen off over the past year. They’ve recently remodeled the place, and it’s gotten significantly worse since. Food is subpar and they’ve gotten my order wrong on numerous occasions. Disheartening because I had this place in my top 3 at one point.

Best darn burrito around! They are very large and more importantly have a lot of meat in them. The redhead looks at me like she wants to kick me or something. I don’t understand… I just want a burrito! The atmosphere is sparse and very green but seating is comfortable. They have good parking and a outside deck. The deck looks like it needs repairs.
