Great service, friendly staff, delicious food, and a nice variety of wines to choose from. Only weird thing is I saw an employee exhale a huge cloud of vape smoke when exiting the kitchen and going in to the dining area. Not really something you want to see when you’re trying to have an upscale, classy experience lol. Food was great though! I had the escargot, rack of lamb, and chocolate melting cake from the $70 prix fixe menu and was in food heaven. If I stay at Bally’s again, I will be back.

I had a food comp to use at the restaurant so my girlfriend and I went there to redeem it the food quality was amazing the service was great and we had a cool booth with a little curtain that could be pulled shut to have privacy for when we had desert. I had the bacon wrapped mignon and she had the seafood dish both really good. She had the lobster bisque which tasted nothing like any we have tried we sent it back. I had the French onion soup it was one of the best I’ve had. The night concluded with a romantic candlelit kiss, cheesecake, molten lava chocolate cake they also gave us complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and a romantic kiss

Food was delicious and the service was spot on. Refilling our drinks before we ever asked and taking dishes away with perfect timing. John was our main waiter and Audrius was his second hand and was incredible. Could not have asked for anything or any server better.

After reading the excellent reviews about Ciera, we were really disappointed in our meal. Both bowls of the lobster bisque had one tiny thin piece of lobster in it. The crabcake was really good. The truffle Mac and cheese was good, and the Asiago risotto was good.

My wife and I decided to take a long weekend and escape to Lake Tahoe. We wanted to have one nice dinner out and chose here. The Lobster Bisque and Seared Tuna we had to start the meal, were both outstanding. The Gorganzola and Pine Nut Sea Base was exceptional too. There was so much food, that we couldn’t finish it all. Our server John was friendly, knowledgeable, and stayed on top of everything. The only draw back was customers showing up in sleeveless T-shirts and flip flops. Come on people, respect a nice restaurant with at least a polo and blue jeans. We as consumers need to dress up a little more, if only once in a while.

Ciera restaurant is the hidden gem of this area of Lake Tahoe. What we anticipated was going to be so-so service and hotel steakhouse okay food turned out to be so much more!

Went here for my wife’s birthday and everything was delicious. We had the $60 prixe fixe and everything was cooked perfectly. The personalized touch was also nice they even gave her a birthday card. Small touches like that go a long way. I’ll definitely come back next time in South Lake Tahoe.

This place is amazing!! Every single thing they have is absolutely delicious! Our server Jon was extremely friendly and personable. It was our anniversary and they brought us out a card signed by the whole staff!! I highly recommend coming here every opportunity you get.

Excellent food with excellent service. $60 for the 3 course meal is a bargain compare to high end restaurants. This is definitely a must try when in Tahoe.
