It was fine. We ordered both of the recommendations and they were both just ok. We felt the same about our drinks (espresso martini and Negroni). I had to send back my Negroni and they literally made it the exact same (stuffed with ice and not enough Campari even though it’s an incredibly simple 1:1:1 ratio). Coleen was the first person we met at this new neighborhood eatery. She was the most helpful & friendly manager/ host we have ever encountered in Malibu. The customer service overall is lacking in Malibu sadly. It’s so refreshing to see a restaurant going out of their way to treat locals with care & appreciation. Welcome to the Bu!!!
