Been regulars at Cida for decades, Last 2 times ordering out the food is no longer the same. Its definitely a downgrade in quality and taste. It appears to be new owners. Don’t think will be going back especially considering the price as it has gotten expensive to eat there.

First time eating here, and very pleasantly surprised! I tried it because the internet said it had good gluten-free options. It definitely does! Not only do they have a gluten-free menu, but they’re also willing to make some of their other dishes gluten free, whenever possible.

There are a few Thai restaurants closer to home, but I drive twenty minutes each way for Cida Thai. The food is consistent, the staff is friendly, and it’s a cute, quiet place to dine-in by yourself or with a small group. Highly recommend the Basil Fried Rice (I get mine with BBQ pork). So smoky and flavorful!

Cashier great. Food great. Phone service, absolutely terrible. As someone who has worked in customer service for the past 14 years I am appalled at how the person talking phone orders thinks that they can speak(yell) at customers. Ive been coming here on and off for years. Sad how it’s now been tarnished by this experience.

I visited Cida Thai a day ago and although the service and food were great I could not get over the terrible way a taller woman at the register was treating one of her male employees. Not only was she speaking to him aggressively as customers were in the restaurant, she also threw a note pad at the male and then requested him to pick the note pad up off the ground as he apologized. The whole time the male that was also our server was nothing but extremely professional and polite despite the way he was being belittled and degraded in front of many to see. I refuse to eat at a restaurant where a worker is treated so poorly in front of patrons. In a professional setting an employee is not reprimanded in front of others. As I walked out I told my husband I will no longer give Cida Thai my business again.

Another 5 star review for great food, and great service. The place is clean aside from heater vents could use a dusting. Free m&ms was definitely something different (maybe it’s just for Valentine’s day). Masuman curry was perfect to my tastes, ad it is my favorite dish. I’ll be back. They keep their tables full at night, didn’t wait too long for a seat tho. Recommended

Food was good. Quick service. Dining in we were in and out after 40 minutes. We ordered the chicken pad thai and shrimp pad si ew. Great flavor and had the right amount of spice. Restaurant itself is on the smaller side but overall great experience.
