We come here about once a month. José has the most incredible customer service. He is always so accommodating. The wings were really good, they were large compared to any other pizza place we’ve been to, they were cooked to perfection, and the sauces were yummy. The pizza was all fresh on the buffet, the dessert as well. They also maintain cleanliness on the buffet which I particularly appreciate because this being a kid friendly place it can get messy quickly, but not at this location. The food is great but we come back for the quality service Jose and his team provide. It’s rare these days, so we appreciate it.

DO NOT TRUST ONLINE OR PICKUP ORDERS! Everytime we do an online order (UberEats) it’s messed up. The pizza tastes great, but they’ve given us completely wrong pizzas (3 ordered, all wrong). Forgotten or given us wrong drinks 3 times. We’ve called in an order to pickup and were given all wrong pizzas and had to wait 30+ minutes for the correct ones. There was 1 family of 4 and 1 couple there at the time and it still took a very long time. They forgot to give us our drink and walked away as I was asking for the drink and kept their backs to me when I was trying to get their attention to ask for our drink. Tasty food, but they need to pay closer attention to the orders and customers.

Asked for the new item they are advertising. Staff said they don’t have it. Pasta and sauce was cold. Salad bar was limited on ingredients. There is no pizza on the bar. A line of people just waiting for anything that came out. Like we were animals fighting for food. It was ridiculous. Customer service is nothing compared to what it use to be.

My last review didn’t post, so I will post it again. Please, save yourself the time. DO NOT COME HERE! It is $11.99 The cicis 5 miles down the road off of I35 is only $7.99 for the same quality. The location on north Lamar is only $7.99, and the one in Kyle ( my fav) is $8.49. $11.99 is the same as a legitimate Golden Corral or Chinese buffet lmao. The owner of this “franchise” is pathetic to do this. Business must really be struggling. Go to one of the others, not this location.

We hadn’t been here in years, so we decided to give it another try, but we regret that decision. The food was very different than what you’d get at any other pizza place. The noodles tasted like playdoh, things were cold and so dried out, you definitely don’t get warm fresh food. The pizza would be ok if you request something that isn’t already put out. I saw an employee grab old pizza with her bare hands multiple times and push it into other pizza trays. The drinks were flat & low on syrup (and never fixed). My daughter was disappointed with everything she tried so I said let’s skip to the desert. There were brownies & something that looked like a cinnamon roll. They honestly looked so good. Unfortunately, they weren’t. The brownies were so dry they crumbled into a flour texture and the other dessert was not a cinnamon roll, I have no idea what it was. I wanted to like it so much, but it was one of the oddest things I’ve ever tasted.

The pizza was ok. Every once in a while i’ll give this location a chance cause of something advertised. I came for the new advertised Deep cheese pizza. I noticed there was no new Deep cheese pizza out as advertized, So I placed a special request for it with spinach added. They just gave me a regular deep dish, not stuffed with cheese. They only gave me half the order, and put the rest of it out for the buffet cause they were low on pizza cause of the volume of people who popped up. I placed another order, but pointed to the sign, and asked if they had any. They said that they didn’t have any, only regular deep dish. So i just ordered another plain deep dish. It was ok, but i probably won’t be back for a very long time if I do come back.

Salad bar needed restocking. Although containers of bar items were already out staff members could not complete restocking the bar, their attention was diverted. They never did fill the lettuce tray.

Haven’t been to a cici pizza in a long time. Went today and definitely was not impressed. Food was cold and had been there for a while. Went to get a cinnamon roll, they too, had been out for a while. As soon as I put one on my plate, the guy took the tray and put new ones out. Probably won’t go back.
