They try their best to keep up with keeping the lines filled with fresh pizza! I know it’s tough in these summer days when lots of parents and hungry kids are constantly visiting. the manager was such a good person, took good care of his customers checked on each one and asked how everything was, he even gave me a free drink when I could barely afford the buffet because I wasn’t gonna get paid till the next day. I wish I knew his name but I did thank him for his kindness and understanding, he smiled and said your ok don’t worry about it. Thank you again for everything to you and your staff

The place was VERY dirty plus they put the fresh food under the cold, hard food. For example there was a worker that was about to put fresh baked cinnamon rolls on a tray, put then put them under the counter. The food was pretty nasty. Also the games were SO rigged and expensive. The lady at the front desk said “here is the tip screen how much are you going to tip me?” Overall this experience was very bad

They refuse to throw away a single slice of pizza, they’ll leave them up there until they are cold and as hard as a brick. They put the fresh ones under the counter and only replace 1-2 slices at a time, but the ones under the counter are getting all stale now. I wouldn’t mind if they wasted a little bit of food, just throw the whole thing away to bring out a fully fresh one. I got a hawaiian slice, but it was as thin as a sheet of paper, room temperature (not warm at all), and very hard.

The best part of my visit is I went an hour before closing and saw the manager ( Darryl )helping his employees cleaning and picking up things not just sitting at a desk and telling the employees what to do. Darryl is a Great Manager and for the rest of the customers still eating he asked us if we wanted anymore salad or pasta before they put it up. GREAT MANAGER WTG DARRYL!!

I usually love eating here withy family but this time was different there was a family in there that did not control there kids at all and the manager did not do anything in fact he locked the door so no one else could see what these kids were doing. In the games area they were destroying dozens of plastic eggs my wife and son were sitting right outside of the play place and the shards of plastic were shooting so far they landed in our food I did mention this and instead of doing anything the manager just got a cup of water and walked away. So over all a horrible experience. Normally it’s fine I don’t understand why they let this family just make the restaurant hell for everyone else there
