Had been wanting to have Cicis for a while and found this location when we were in Katy. Staffers were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Pizza tasted pretty good and it was a good value for the price. Pleasant atmosphere. Glad to have gotten our pizza fix here.

Placed an order to go, Kendra was really disrespectful and lacking in customer service..I felt like a nuisance and uncomfortable and I ended up just settling for whatever she gave me. Noticed another employee in black just texting on their phone nearby ,it’s like this is normal behavior to treat the customer like a bother..spent 44 dollars on the wrong pizza given to me…really disappointed

Good service. No vegetarian soup, ever. Pizza’s OK and depends on the day of week and who makes it that day. It is pizza place after all, pizza quality should be priority one. Buffet good value if your goal is salad and not pizza. Pizza is just bonus.

If you think all Cici’s are the same, then go to this location and you’ll see a difference. Sure every Cici’s you go to, you’ll hear that familiar “Welcome to Cici’s!” when you enter, but then start looking at the little things, and this location is where it stands out.

The pizza is always good. There is 1 manager that is always a jerk and her customer service is lacking majorly. It’s annoying that this location refuses bills larger than $20 even when the total is $48, they won’t take a $50 so either swipe your card or get refused service.

We come here with our family regularly. The staff is very friendly and keeps things clean and fresh on the buffet. The price is good for what you’re getting and there’s a lot of variety so you’ll never get bored. There’s an arcade for the kids which is nice.
