This location was very friendly, helpful and clean. The staff was eager to assist in gluten-free options. They made “pizza bowls” with sauce, cheese and toppings of my choice. The buffet was full and refreshed constantly. And the restroom and game room were well maintained. I also observed the tables were busted quickly during my stay.

Did y’all forget how to clean? The floor is sticky while walking. We were about to sit at a table in the corner, upstairs, but it smelled like sewage in that spot. Half the games don’t work. The employees obviously can’t wait to clock out and get out of this dump. CLEAN YOUR RESTAURANT! IT’S A DUMP IN THERE!

Food was good. Me and many other people got ripped off in the arcade. Games would take money off of card but would not work. None of the games with balls worked. None of the ticket games. Told manager she said she know it’s been a problem. Said there’s nothing she could do. I recommended shutting it down or putting a sign on the money machine. Was told she wasn’t allowed to shut them down. What a rip off. And all the kids that were upset

Great… in this day and time… Cici’s shines through with reasonable prices and fresh quality ingredients. Salad was crisp with large choice of fresh toppings as well as soup, pasta, drink, dessert all on top of pizza buffet style… we even got a custom pizza as well… Tables, counters and kitchen prep was clean and neat. Good Job CiCi’s.

I am NOT coming back to this location, I like cicis and have come to this location a couple times in the past but tonight I came and it already felt off when I bit into my pizza it seemed a little doughy but looked to be cooked. Then about 2 hours after I left I got food poisoning. So either you have bad flour, or the ovens aren’t hot enough to cook the dough all the way through

If I could give 10 Stars I would. The service here exceeded my expectations by far thanks to the staff member named Peter. This is not to say that the other staff was not helpful in which they were but Peter really made my experience wonderful and I will be back when Peter is working I’ll call ahead of time to make sure he’s there. The service I received today you would expect to come from a high-end restaurant Peter took care of my every need my table was never full of plates he refilled my drink this guy is great he went above and beyond while the other staff was there making sure the buffet was full and the facility was clean. This place was cleaner than any Applebee’s, Chili’s or even Rudy’s bbq. The entire time I was there it was somewhat crowded but the buffet stayed full and the table stayed clean. The staff was super friendly Peter had a wonderful personality he was one of the people that was not afraid to talk to someone which you don’t find nowadays. If I had a restaurant I wwoul try my best to take Peter from Little Cici’s, sorry to say but I would, he is what every franchise restaurant needs. Again I can’t speak highly enough of this location and the staff I thoroughly enjoyed myself and again if I could give 10 Stars I would please go support this business, it is worth it!
