We got there about 6 pm. Roughly about 20 people were already eating. I should have taken a picture of the buffet. It was filled with so many varieties! We felt overwhelmed on what to choose. Everything was delicious. Hot pizza, perfect sodas, super cold AC, very clean restaurant, and pleasant staff.

I stopped by to get a doordash order. The pizza stuck to the pan so I had to wait for them to remake it. I inform the customer that I had to wait and she was okay with that. During my long wait, they gave me a drink and let me get a piece of pizza! Very very friendly and courteous employees there! I will be taking my grandson back!!

Asked for a pizza to be made Sat there and waited almost 30 minutes the pizza asked for never was made. Wound up leaving and didn’t even eat but paid $26 for two buffets and the food was old and disgusting.. went to make my drink and black slime was all in the ice. Will not be back

I had the best experience at lufkin cicis pizza! We had the best customer service from Quincy! He was so helpful in donating pizzas to our volleyball team last minute! 5 stars for sure, definitely recommend dining here!!!

Ac was not working and was very hot in the back. Several games in the game room were not in service. The ice machine was constantly out of ice. The restrooms were very humid and hot. Poor communication between management when it came to birthday party arrangements. Mgr on duty made a comment that the mgr who made the bday reservations had been disciplined which led to no knowledge of two bday parties arriving at the same time with nothing ready for us.

So I’m going to take some credit for this because I saw the low reviews and ignored it. “How can you ruin pizza?” I thought. Low and behold, they did. Sadly I decided to get a flatbread pizza. It didn’t get made until my husband arrived to pick it up because they weren’t sure what toppings I wanted. Then they still burnt it! I could barely even eat it but I was so hungry I just ate around the burnt part. I hadn’t been to CiCi’s in forever and thanks to this visit I probably won’t be back; atleast to this specific one. Luckily I was just visiting Lufkin. Either way, no Bueno CiCis!

We went there today 03/21/2023. The employees weren’t friendly at all. They acted as if it was a crime for me to ask for two special pizzas we wanted be made and brought to us. They made them then put them on the line . They were out of large lids . They were out of cheddar cheese. And all the tables were dirty. Had to ask for a towel then they came to clean it . The buffet had hardly nothing on it. We go there a lot and today is the first time things have ever been this bad . And the first time I have ever complained.

Horrible! Lady that works there was rude as heck…wouldn’t let us order our own personal pizza. They have the little order forms there. She argued with me and told one worker that due to her manager order if it’s on the buffet we could not get a personal pizza. Which there was nothing on the buffet. The salad bar had almost no salad. After arguing with the lady about 30 min .later the cook brought my kids a pizza. When all this happened I asked to speak with a manager and none on site! The cook said they were short handed because one guy had left to go buy salad cause they were out.

Love going to this Cici’s with my daughters. Always friendly and helpful staff. Been there twice now and it’s probably the nicest one ive ever been to. Real clean environment. Fun game room, although their claw machines took all my money. Love the food and even though they were low on supplies today, they still did their best and made us feel special. Will be returning and definitely recommend for the families with children that love pizza and games.
