Loved it when we first moved here two weeks ago. Every time we’ve gone during dinner is been good. Fresh food, steady rotation of foods, cleanliness. But recently I noticed that some employees charge me for full price kids when both of my kids are under 2 which according to cici’s policy they’re supposed to eat free. But the last time we stopped in and none of the pizza was fresh, after waiting for a fresh pizzas without red sauce due to allergy reasons I finally got food half way through my first piece I found hair in my pizza. Discarded the pizza and got 3 new slices. One of those 3 slices had hair in it also. At this point after being beyond frustrated with the service and quality of the food we decided to leave. It went from the nicest cici’s we’ve been to, to the most inconsistent one we’ve been to.

Not much cash but every bit was still in it, it was just as I accidentally left it. 2nd such nice friendly employees, very fresh food and clean restaurant. Best one I’ve visited. Period. Very disappointed in our visit. Not only was most of the pizzas cold , the amount of salad toppings has be cut in half. And there was no cinnamon rolls and the brownies where old. They where putting out fresh pizzas but they where not staying hot. Like the warmers where not working. Or if the pizzas was hot it tasted rubbery. We normally love this cicis. Not sure what happened. Can’t even go to the website to contact anyone because the site is down.

Solid CiCis, it’s been a loooooong time since I’ve visited a cici’s pizza, as in since the 90’s? Or early 2000’s . Anyway, they had a good salad bar, chicken noodles soup, pepperoni pizza, veggies pizza, etc Oh and some cinnamon roll and sweet pizza? Or you call them sweet pie?. I didn’t eat a lot but enough to get full. Good place for the kids too and the ladies working here are really nice too, very attentive and Professional . The place is very clean as well. Anyway come here and stuff yourself !! You must! You work hard!! You are welcome!
