This was my first visit in a few years. The pizza is consistently overcooked. They are out of coke. The Dr pepper is flat. The utensils are plastic and can’t cut the cinnamon rolls which were burnt on the bottom. This visit made me pretty sad, this place used to be great.

While it was a bit lacking in Food ( I.E some of the pizzas were a bit stale ) it was nonetheless still filling and well mannered to eat there. If the pizza were just a bit fresh it would be 5 stars but if you’re just coming here with a budget it’s the perfect place to eat here for a family of 4.

Very disappointed with what I have gone through. I usually enjoy Cisis pizza bar. I’m a vegetarian and requested a vegetarian pizza and they made a one. But a few minutes after it came to the bar top, one of their employees came to the bar and started to mix it up with all the meat pizzas and I was left with no option to eat in the place even though I paid for them. Very disappointed with what I had experienced in this location. Even though I had more than half-an-hour to the closing time, employees started mopping around and walking with the mop baskets indicating us to leave. If they are really wanted to close, could have told me that they are closing. Instead they charged me and left me with no option. Not recommending this place to anyone.

Has always been comfortable food and enjoyable. This trip was a MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT! Very limited available selection. We asked for a Taco Pizza, but told “no” they don’t do that. Unlikely that we will bother to return. The guy behind the counter was not particularly rude but certainly not an enhancement to the visit!

Every time I come to this location the pizza is old and dry. The customer service is horrible. The staff hide behind the wall and stare at their phones the entire time and look rudely at you if you need them to do anything. If it was 1 time I would understand. This has been going on for minimum of a year. Im fed up with this location. How do they not make taco pizza, dont know what Canadian bacon is. “Fresh” pizza is dry with no sauce or cheese and looks old.

We went last night for dinner and we’re very disappointed. They couldn’t keep enough pizza on the buffet bar. The trays were often empty and people were waiting on almost anything to come out so they could eat. I ate stuff I wouldn’t normally eat because I was hungry and needed food. I even ate a big plate of salad hoping they would have more pizza out by the time I finished, but it didn’t matter. The bar was empty no matter what. Not sure about this place anymore. They aren’t keeping up the quality of food and service we’ve come to expect from Cici’s. The pizzas barely have any toppings on them now, so you have to eat several pieces to get anything other than dough, and still your eating more dough than toppings by far. We probably won’t be going back!

A bit disappointed. Came in around June 6 @ 7:30pm on a Tuesday. Not busy at all. A total of 6 small families dining in. Everything is either dried out, completely gone or played over. The salad bar was fresh and fully replenished. It’s clean inside and staff was nice.
