First time visit, to start they had one to many tables dirty. But once you find a clean seat, omg the food is awesome! They’re steady making nice hot pizza. Let’s also mention this is the first CiCi’s I’ve seen with a drive thur. Thought that was pretty cool as well.

This is by far the worst CCs Pizza that I have ever been to. The chicken noodle soup was mush and the pizza was old, cold, and burnt! The staff didn’t act like they cared at all really, the only fresh pizza I got was the pizza I requested and I did that to actually have fresh pizza. The only fresh food sitting out was the veggies on the salad bar other than mushrooms that looked like they had been sitting out all day and the onions were either frozen and put in the bin that way or they were rinsed and not strained because there was a ton of water in the container. The arcade looked fun but you have to load money on a card to play the games and several of them were broken. If you are accustomed to even a half way decent CCs Pizza that you actually enjoy then don’t even waste your money eating at this one because you will be massively disappointed!

There were children sticking their hands in the buffet, biting off food and putting it back. A kid ran up tried to bite me stuck his hand in my plate and took my drink and drank out of it and put it back. I complained and wanted my money back so i could take my kids somewheres else for dinner and they refused our refund and gave us free buffet coupons which i will not be using. We couldnt even go to the restroom without being followed by this ladies children turning the light off on us. If a parent will not keep or even attempt to control their children in public settings then they should have to leave. This child was standing on all the tables. Do better.

The pizza was old and terrible. Their nudles were mush. None of the employees including the store manager seemed to care about it. The arcade you have to put money onto a card in order to play the games and some of them were broken. If you enjoy pizza and Cici’s then I don’t recommend this place.

My husband and I stop in on occasions and everytime we come the staff up front doesn’t seem too welcoming… tables are always looking dirty along arrival and have to search for somewhere to sit that is clean… even if it does look clean the chairs are not wiped off still with crumbs.. the only thing we enjoy is the food. We still like visiting but the restaurant needs better staff.

First time eating here at Cici’s. I had the buffet. I was surprised…… really good food. The staff was helpful and courteous. The restaurant was clean. I will be going back. For families with children this would be ideal and won’t break the bank.

Love the new location. Nice clean dinning and restrooms. Great fresh pizza. Lots of options to choose from. Love the drive through options as well. Nice friendly employees. And love that they disinfect after everyone. Easy location to find and nice parking. And the game room is very nice as well.

Super helpful staff, food was ok/good. No complaints, but nothing to write home about. You have to walk completely through the arcade area to get to the bathrooms, so that kind of sucks for parents.

The food wasn’t bad but I honestly felt uncomfortable eating it for fear of food poisoning. I regret not getting my hepatitis vaccine prior to coming here. The place was filthy. They appear to be fully staffed yet the floors look like they haven’t been swept or mopped in a week. I observed employees clean off counter tops with their hands instead of a clean rag with disinfectant. There was literally no clean place to sit. A visitors cup of coke sat in front of the dessert area for 10 minutes at least. Pizza on the ground was picked up by hand and honestly I have doubt that a hand was washed. Disgusting facility .disgusting.
