My wife and I wanted to try this place tonight mainly for the atmosphere and games for our two year old. BUT we will not be back. The service was awful, the food looked like it had been on the buffet for HOURS and was hard and stale. And then, the drinks were awful too so I’m assuming the CO2 was missing from them. The price is great but not for what we paid for, this location needs some help bad. From stale food, no drinks, and the cleanliness. We are not satisfied at all.

This place is usually pretty good. The last time we went though it was about 4 hours from closing and we asked if we could get a brownie pizza for the bar.(usually if you ask they will make whatever it is). This time however we were told they couldn’t do it because it takes at least 2 hours for it to cool after it’s made. Now I’ve never worked here but I have lots of kitchen experience from other places and that just sounds suspect to me. My daughter was especially disappointed.

Todays lunch was absolutely DELICIOUS! We drive almost an hour to fulfill our nostalgia appetite, as all Cicis near us are gone.. we’ve been here a couple times but today hit it out of the ballpark! I don’t know if that was the GM or owner in there making conversation with everyone, but he was so nice, and definitely keeping things tip top!! Everything was piping hot and amazing. The salad bar was so fresh and options a plenty! My favorite pizza was fresh on the bar as we came in. 10/10 cicis experience I wish They were everywhere like back in my childhood ❤️

The food is not great, but also not bad for the price and it is all you can eat. The place just feels a little gross. Not very clean. The cashier was lifeless but not abrasive. The kids enjoyed it because of the games and pizza… that is why we went and really the only thing that would make us go again.

I’m an avid lover of Cici’s and when I lived in Kentucky unfortunately they closed all of their locations close to me. However, there are several in TN I’ve tried and this is the BEST one! Fresh food with amazing taste and friendly.

Fairly typical cicis. Not terrible, not amazing. I will say they kept the buffet full. Staff were all nice. Tea was good. Plates and utensils were clean. Like most cicis the floor looks like it could use a solid scrub.

I like this place because you can walk in and start eating. These days with shortages in staff, you’re lucky if a fast food dining room is open. If they are, you typically have to place an order. Then wait, sometimes what seems like forever. Fast food restaurants are hardly that anymore. Let’s face it, they won’t win any awards for flavor. But it’s fast, fairly cheap, and it’s ready when you are. Eat all you want. They’ll make more.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The service was TRASH. Dude working behind the counter was cracked out. My wife and I called multiple times during the day to see if they were open so we finally just went after no answer to every call. When we got there the phone was still ringing off the hook and he wouldn’t answer it. But he sure was talking on his phone the whole time. My wife asked why he couldn’t answer the phone and asked for the managers number. He said he “was the manager” and ignored us completely. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

The manager was nice.However the first plate I picked up was dirty, the flat Ware had some type of residue on it. The dining room apparently we’re not cleaned from the night before. The restrooms we’re out of sorts. Unfortunately this restaurant like some others seem to be just a source of income and is not care for very much at all. I guess the mentality is people will eat. The problem with this philosophy is at 6-8 dollars, there is a lot of competition.

This is my kids all time favorite place to go. They absolutely love the pasta with cheese sauce and the Mac-n-cheese pizza they love playing the games afterwards. ( The shooting games never works, it will take your money every time) and one or two of the crane machines don’t work well. But for the most part it’s always a joyful and fun experience. Please bring back the brownies it’s the only dessert we like ♀️
