Cici’s Pizza is a pizza buffet chain located in Brandon, FL. The atmosphere is lackluster except for the various games that are here. Would be a good atmosphere for kids. The service is friendly to us and kept everything fresh.

It has been a few years since I have been to this location. Things have improved, though the food is plentiful, if not high quality. The pizza is relatively devoid of flavor, as were the desserts. Reality does not live up to the pictures of food.

It has been seven years since I last visited the Brandon location. Not much has changed, other than the games, so I was happy to see how things have pretty much remained the same.
The CGM Network
This CiCi’s has updated since we were there last. Their remodeling is complete, and it looks nice. The food was good. I did request a certain pizza and it was never brought out. But, I did eat what was on the buffet and I left food. I will recommend this CiCi’s Pizza in Brandon.

Haven’t been here in around 15 years but glad I decided to try it again since I’m now an adult. Brought back a lot of great memories from when I was a kid. Good pizza, good prices, clean dining room on a busy Sunday evening. Wasn’t a fan of the breadsticks – they were a little too sweet , but enjoyed the flatbread & regular cheese. I’ll be back!

Over all food was fresh and hot. My only concern is that being a family establishment it is not baby friendly. We had our 4 month old with us and needed to change her diaper. Neither male or female bathroom had a baby changing station. I asked a staff member if they had somewhere to change a baby and they said they do not. So, I had no other choice but to change my baby on the table we ate at in front of everyone. I thought it was a requirement to have baby changing stations in all bathrooms?

Pizza wasn’t quite done, they had a hard time keeping any pizza out and ready. It was a constant wait to have any slices. We had to ask them toake dessert pizza. There was only enough pasta out for half of a bowl the entire time we were there

Plenty of frequently restocked pizza choices, but it’s not great pizza! The cinnamon rolls were disappointing. The cheesy breadsticks were great! Not much atmosphere; cafeteria like.

I think the quality and delivery of their food should be better. I went there a couple of times where they only put out 3 different times at a buffet style restaurant. I just don’t think that is good. The staff is real nice but need to off more of a variety.
