Today, Sunday August 13 I came here. I asked the girl at the front about the price per slice. She said it was .50 so I asked for 10. She then goes to the back and said that they have to add $1 to it. I was confused because the other two times I came I got the same thing w no problem. Then the manager said that they changed stuff around as far as pricing goes. She even asked me who took my order so she could let them know they didn’t charge me right. I’m like huh. I haven’t been there in over a year. I liked the pizza the other times so I traveled a little bit to get there. So since I traveled so far I didn’t want to leave empty handed and got five slices since they were charging me a dollar per slice. Later on when I looked at my receipt I see that they charged me 5 dollars for the 10 slices I originally wanted for .50 per slice. But I thought yall didn’t do that anymore. So they basically lied and cheated me. Even though it was for a couple of dollars it still ain’t right! I work hard for my money just like everybody else. I will not be wasting my gas patronizing these folks again. I’m posting the receipt. I don’t like what happened and my ancestors don’t either!

I placed an order online for wings and brownies. My online time for my food to b ready was at 5:12. I get there at 5:20. I gave the young lady my name and what I ordered she states she don’t know how long it will b. I said what. I understand u can get behind but her attitude by saying she doesn’t know what to say is absolutely ridiculous. Bad customer service and I told her baby this is ridiculous. She walks away. I guess I need to take my business and my dollars somewhere else. Because these young people needs a schooling on customer service.

When Cicis first opened it was pretty good for the price but nothing really to brag about. The pizza has no topping and now if you ask for certain pizza they say they no longer do that kind. The cinnamon rolls had no frosting and the salad bar doesn’t have very much to choose from. Even though they have gone to plastic wear you have to always wait for forks to be brought out.

We asked for a Flatbread spinach pizza. We waited and waited but did not receive it. Finally, I asked again and the guy told someone to make it and they made regular, not the Flatbread. This is the only kind of pizza my daughter will eat there.

When I arrived the buffet was low and cold. seemed like they had just gone thru a rush but everything was quickly refilled with fresh pizza, only negative thing is that the cinnamon rolls were dryish due to low amount of butter and icing but over all a positive experience
