It was honestly awful. There was four of us, but two of us weren’t eating. So it was a 3 year old an adult buffet. The mother of the three year old ordered a personal for him because obviously he couldn’t himself while we were looking for seats. When we came back up there the greeter was clearly confused so we explain the situation and then he tells us that the personal pizza the mother ordered wouldn’t be done because she didn’t have a buffet and we explained it for him again that while she’s not eating she order for her son and he said that can’t do that. Then we asked for it to be put under the adult who was eating then and he said they couldn’t do that because of the mother, which made no sense. Then we just said okay and that adult that did have a buffet order a personal for themselves and he did it. We waited over half an hour for it and we asked the manager that was out at the moment about it and he told us it was canceled because the mother kept going to the bar. We explained that she was getting food for the three year old and soup for the one year old, which they knew because multiple employees were watching her. We explained the situation once again and I offered to give him our receipt. He said it was fine but then acted very weird and honestly rude while taking the order, when it was finally ready we asked for them to put it in their small box because we needed to leave (they made us late). He told us they couldn’t do that. Which isn’t true, when ever they mess up and it’s genuinely their fault and the people have to leave they put there personal in a box. I should have just gotten a refund because the personal was the only thing they could eat there.

Recently took a 6 year old and their 4 friends to this HP Cici’s to celebrate the 6 year old’s birthday! We had a great time! Great pizza and great desserts! The service from the employees was wonderful. They were welcoming and really nice! One of the employees called me “Super Dad”. Haha they said “you have 5 kids, that’s a handful, you’re Super Dad”. I explained they’re not all my kids that I actually consider them my friends and it’s the 6 year olds birthday. The employee was extremely kind, said “happy birthday” to the 6 year old and told me I’m a awesome person to take them out. Would highly recommend this Cici’s for some fun! Great job crew!

I haven’t been to a cicis in years but wanted to give it a try. It wasn’t horrible but it def wasn’t great. The cheesy bread bite things were the best thing on the buffet. It was fairly busy when I went and somehow the pizza still didn’t look very fresh during either of my trips up to the buffet.

Guys I’ve never been to a cici’s pizza before. I can believe how nice I was greeted by Daniel look at all the different styles of pizza. Clean store. I think this manager Ryan is great. Treats his employees with respect. Thank you guys for welcoming Google Maps into your house. Keep up the great work.

When we walked in there was no one at the register to check us in ,we waited 10 minutes and didnt even get a sorry you had to wait so long ,what happened to good customer service ( yeah right ,that doesnt exsist here ) Alot of people come in from outside walk up to the food and takes from the buffet bars and eats it on their way back out the door,I have seen this more here than anywhere people stilling food in all of my life!!! The plates ,bowls and silverware was still dirty ,it was just nasty!!! This is a place where children are present everywhere and There was a young couple ,they were almost making out at the table and employees walking by like they don’t even care ,there is way too many people soliciting here at this location who are not even paying customers ,they walking off the street like they paid and they go up to the bar to get food ,go set down and eat this food ,and again employees never say a word ,I’m wondering if corporate knows that employees are letting people do this? No wonder places are closing down in high point ,people are stilling all of these food places blind that’s why they all ate closing they can’t afford to keep these people up and stay in business because they aren’t making any ,employees are stilling them blind !!!

The cashier was pleasant and, when she was not at the register, she was out in the dining room cleaning tables with disinfectant. The young man baking & replenishing the line kept bringing a variety of fresh, hot pizzas. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza was really good. For the price, it’s good food that is hot and ready.
